Hotel Mercure Hurghada

Hotel is very nice, staff were all very approachable and very helpful (they were absolutely fantastic) Hotel rooms were clean and tidy and housekeeping attended daily. Only let down was the food i think its more aimed/suited for the vast majority of Soviets that were there during out stay. I played it safe in the morning and atuck to the boiled eggs and porridge some very "interesting" looking dishes.for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. No sign of butter/spread for rolls/bread or toast either Hotel was great, very well kept but food was the let down, we are planning on coming back to egypt and as much as i enjoyed the stay at mercure i dont think we would return

Good hotel, more interesting activities

Our vacation was from 28.07 till 09.08. It's our 7th time in Mercure Hughada and this review is not payed or AI generated but written with all respect and appreciation for the hotel's team. At first, the point that makes us come back is how we are being treated. Trully, stuff remember their guests and they because like family members to each other. Because of that the atmosphere is very warm and lovely. The rooms are not very lagre but cozy, furniture is not super new, but everything in the room is working good. Big thanks goes to the manager of our house (room 2223) and housekeeping workers. They always asked if we needed anything in the room and cleaned it spottless. Also we say a big thank you to reception workers who concidered our wishes according the room. The beach is clean, the laying mats are new, workers at the beach always help you to find a good place and to position sun loungers how you want. The restraunt and the food is good. You can always find food for your liking, during lunch and dinner there were always beef, chicken and fish in different varieties. Food is tasty, cooked with love, but sometimes spicy (it's okay because we are in Egypt :)). Waiters are always at your service. They help you to find a table, one time you tell them what you want to drink and for the rest of the holiday they bring you drinks and renew them without even asking. A big thanks goes to Mr Mahmoud, guys from Luxor (sorry, didn't remember your names), Mr Mostafa, Mr Idris, Mr Radwan, Mr Hany and Mr Hamdy for excellent meals and your professionalism. Bars are also good. Soft drinks are available all the time, everything is clean. A big thanks is for Mr Mu'min, Mr Kareem, Mr Diaa and Mr Mina. Words of big appreciation go to animation team. Because of the heat not a lot of people wanted to participate in activities but nevertheless it was very fun. Thank you Mr Mikhail for darts games, positive vibes and jokes, thank you Mrs Amina for your kindnes and good personality and thank you Mr CJ for teaching me how to play voleyball, for enegrizing zumba classes and aqua gym. All in all, we liked our stay in Mercure Hurghada as always. If someone is going to look for disadvantages they will find them anywhere. It wasn't the purpose of our visit, we just wanted to enjoy Egypt, Red Sea and Mercure's hospitality. Of course we will come again, because this place is already our second home and it's people are our second family. Thank you and big love from Lena and Inna from Russia!

We had a great time during our stay! The entertainment team was always cheerful, friendly, and made every day more enjoyable. We really looked forward to the morning activities, especially the aqua gym and stretching sessions. They were a fun and relaxing way to start the day. Thanks to the whole team for all the effort you put in and for making our holiday even more enjoyable!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has a great location, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was fast and easy. Everything went smoothly, and I had a very enjoyable experience. One of the highlights was the entertainment program, the evening shows were fantastic and created a fun atmosphere every night. I would happily stay here again.
