Best crew animation in the resourt, amazing persons and very helpful for any holliday trip in family, the name lince animation , in special the kajo brasilian/Egyptian fellow , recomend .

Very odd experience in this hotel. Staff were very sluggish, incompetent at best, never providing orders when confirmed, always a mismatched. I understand it’s providing for families and budget holiday makers though I also assume it’s five stars ? Not only satisfying buffet style clientele! Two more days to go. Can it improve or Continue to be inefficient

We would especially like to thank M. Elkhatib, our waiter, and Mohhmed, who took care of our room. They were both absolutely wonderful – kind, friendly, helpful and always ready to assist us. M. Elkhatib was incredibly attentive and made us feel truly special. He always noticed what we needed and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Mohhmed was also fantastic. He was so kind and helpful, and he took great care of our room every day. People like them make a holiday even more memorable. ❤️ We are very grateful for their kindness and excellent service. Thank you so much, M. Elkhatib and Mohhmed! You were both amazing and we will remember you with a big smile. ❤️

i love team animator they are absolute legends, one of the best men is animator kajo, always smiling good energy.... thank you everyone for perfect holiday! will defitely recomend!
