Hurghada Marriott Beach Resort

Our stay at the Marriott Hurghada had a difficult start. Unfortunately, our first day wasn’t what we had expected, and we were left feeling quite disappointed. We also weren’t informed in advance that the main restaurant would be closed during our stay and you had to eat all meals in a makeshift room, which would have been helpful to know before arriving. However, everything changed after we met with the hotel manager, Mohamed. From that moment onwards, the remaining four days of our holiday were absolutely fantastic. Mohamed genuinely listened to our concerns, took them seriously, and it was immediately obvious that he cares deeply about both his guests and his team. The difference after speaking with him was incredible. Instead of feeling disappointed, we ended up having a lovely, relaxing and memorable holiday. It really showed us that the way Mohamed runs the hotel is exactly how hospitality should be. After that meeting, it genuinely felt as though every member of staff we came into contact with went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We unfortunately can’t remember everyone’s names, but every department deserves credit for how friendly, professional and helpful they were. A few people who really stood out deserve a special mention: * Ahmed at the pool bar always looked after us with a smile and made us feel so welcome every day. * Nasseif in Tuscany Restaurant was simply outstanding. He made our anniversary incredibly special and is a real credit to the Marriott brand. His service was warm, genuine and unforgettable. * Chef Mabrouk always greeted us with a smile, took the time to say hello, and together with his team prepared delicious food every evening. We genuinely looked forward to dinner every night because of the quality of the food. * Mahmoud, who cleaned our room, was always cheerful, friendly and constantly checked if we needed anything. Those little touches really made a difference. If TripAdvisor allowed half stars, we’d happily give 4.5 out of 5. The only reason we can’t quite award a full five stars is because of the poor first impression and the lack of communication before arrival regarding the restaurant closure. That said, what impressed us most wasn’t that things went wrong, it’s how they were handled. Mohamed and his team transformed what could have been a disappointing holiday into one we’ll remember very fondly. That level of care and commitment deserves recognition. Thank you to Mohamed and the entire Marriott Hurghada team for turning our stay around and making our anniversary one to remember.

Just thought I'd leave a review about the Marriott hotel in hurgarda. I have nothing but good things to say about it. The rooms are lovely And the view from 351 with sea view was brilliant. The location is perfect. Short 5 mins taxi ride (no more then 100 Egyptian) to Sheridan road . Atmosphere is relaxing. Have nothing but 10 out of 10 for the food and service. ALL the staff were brilliant. Plenty of sunbeds to go around with huge umbrellas. The place was kept spotless, so a big thank you to our house keeper And the lovely lady on reception (name forgotten sorry) who was always there to help with a smile.

All the stuff and crew are so friendly, service oriented and eith a great positive attitude. Like Mohamed Elkhatib he was service oriented and friendly

The entertainers were amazing! They were friendly, energetic, and made every day fun with great activities and shows. They created a fantastic atmosphere and made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and great facilities. I really enjoyed my vacation and would definitely recommend this resort to others. Thank you for the great experience!
