Ahmet the cleaner was very kind and was well at his job. He always had a smile on his face. The hotel was also very nice, the reason why I gave only 4 Stars is, because we had to wait 3 hours for the check in.

The Suite was very clean and had an amazing view of the Red Sea. The bed and linen were perfect. I had exceptional service from their staff of my 3-night stay. You have to eat at their Italian restaurant the food was amazing. I had the best Tenderlain I ever eaten in Egypt. The Value, location, atmosphere and noise level was great! The Manager of the Hotel Mr. Mohamed Ali Hafez know how to treat his guest.

A hotel for every recommendation, without any complaints about absolutely anything. Salah the receptionist deserves the biggest thanks, he raised our atmosphere to the highest level and deserves the biggest thanks for this rating. He went out of his way to meet us for everything we needed and did his best. Anyway, I wouldn't leave out the rest of the hotel staff, they are all incredibly professional and considerate, but definitely the reception they deserve the highest praise led by the young but world-class receptionist Salah!
