Hurghada Marriott Beach Resort

We stayed at the Marriott Hotel because there were many positiv feedback about this Hotel. Overall we had a pleasant experience, particularly thanks to its excellent facilities and beautiful beachfront location. The resort features two lovely swimming pools that were well maintained and never felt overcrowded. The gym was another highlight of our stay—spacious, modern, and well equipped. The beach area was also very enjoyable, offering plenty of space to relax and swim in a beautiful setting. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. However, they are starting to feel quite outdated and would benefit from renovation to match the quality of the resort's other facilities. Unfortunately, the dining experience was somewhat disappointing. While the breakfast buffet offered the basics, the overall quality of the food was below expectations, and the variety was rather limited, especially for a 5 Star Hotel of this category. We also found the service to be inconsistent and less attentive than expected. One feature we particularly missed was a pool bar. Having a place to enjoy drinks and refreshments directly by the pool would have greatly enhanced the resort atmosphere. In addition, it was disappointing that the tennis court was not operational during our stay, as this was one of the amenities we had been looking forward to using. Despite these shortcomings, we enjoyed the beautiful beach, the excellent pools, and the impressive gym facilities.

This hotel is a scam. I try to reach them for 1 week now, to advise them of my late arrival as I don't want my room to be cancelled for a no-show. No email available on their website. Tried to reach them 10 times on the only nr available on their website, +20 65-340 44 20, at any time of the day, nobody picks up the phone, despite staying 15 min on line. Sent emails at these addresses found online: reservation.hurghada@marriott.com, mhrs.hrgeg.guest.relation@marriotthotels.com, they have not been delivered. Unfortunately my room is not refundable; but this is for sure last time this company sees me as a client. Avoid it. They cannot pay enough staff to provide basic service to their client despite charging 3 times the price of average night in this city

Nice view, nice people, nice food in the hotel, everyone is so nice and friendly.

Thanks to Rania and Salah for making our stay so special — we were treated like queens. They are incredibly helpful and lovely people. The food is excellent and the place is beautiful. The staff responds to every request we have. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation, so don’t think twice about booking your stay here.

The entire hotel staff, from the kitchen, the security and security staff, the reception and the guys who cleaned the rooms...they were superlative... THEY IMPRESSED ME TO THE MAXIMUM! Special thanks to RANIA from the RECEPTION! I THANK THEM FROM THE HEART!
