JAZ Aquamarine

Just returned from 2 weeks at this resort ,we have had an amazing holiday . Every member of the Jaz hotel were polite , helpful and respectful of the holiday you wanted

A perfect holiday. I had great time with perfect staff and always smiling, helpful and caring.I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a great vacation. Clean place, perfect view and wonderful view The room was excellent and clean. wifi everywhere in the hotel.

I can't recommend this hotel enough! Past week it was our second visit and my family of three already planning the third one. We were happy about absolutely everything. Friendly and helpful staff ( reception bar Gamal and Mohamed are outstanding ) to kids club team I wish I remembered their names especially thankful to lady from Tunisia and that married couple from Marrakesh so fantastic with the kids. My daughter Lexi is upset for not seeing them, the pools are great, the food, the atmosphere. We had an issue with our room which got flooded and they upgraded us within an hour. Thank you to all jaz staff members we shall see you soon!!!

This was my first trip to Egypt. Overall, I really liked the hotel. The food is diverse, and there are great food stalls near the beach serving noodle woks, spring rolls, and hot dogs. The bars offer a good variety of cocktails, including alcoholic ones. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every day: they mopped the floors, changed the towels, and regularly brought fresh drinking water. In the evening, there is nice entertainment for both kids and adults. There is also a mini-aquapark for children with water slides in three different zones. ​As for the downsides, the sea is quite shallow near the shore. Additionally, the swimming pools are also not very deep (the deepest one is only 140 cm). ​I want to give a special, massive thank you to Tatyana from the hotel staff. During our stay, a highly unpleasant and stressful situation occurred involving another staff member. Tatyana handled it incredibly fast, with the utmost professionalism and genuine care. Thanks to her quick actions, the conflict was completely resolved, and she truly saved our vacation. Management should be very proud to have such an amazing employee!
