JAZ Aquamarine

We love this Jaz Aquamarine hotel. We feel very well in this hotel. Swimming pools everywhere and people are so kind with you. We strongly recommend.

We had a wonderful family holiday with a 7 and 9 year old. Everything was great. We highly recommend Jaz Aquamarine!

Absolutely shocking experience – nowhere near 5-star, not even close. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. Our door was broken on check-in, meaning we couldn’t even get into our room until 2am. After travelling, that’s completely unacceptable. Room service? A joke. We waited over 2 hours on multiple occasions. Access to the room was a daily battle too – the electronic key failed constantly, so we were back and forth to reception every single day. The air conditioning didn’t work for the entire stay, despite reporting it several times. Conveniently, it was only fixed on our LAST night. Too little, too late. The restaurant was no better – we were actually served pink chicken. That alone says everything about the standards here. Service across the hotel is practically non-existent unless you tip. Suddenly staff become attentive once money is involved, which is incredibly poor for a supposed luxury hotel. The mini bar is a complete rip-off. €96 for 6 cans of beer, and when we questioned it, reception told us that wasn’t expensive. On top of that, there were false charges added which we had to challenge. Reception staff were rude and dismissive throughout. At one point, they were literally laughing at us while we were trying to raise complaints. Completely unprofessional. Advice if you’re going here: go to Senzo Mall at the first opportunity. Drinks and snacks are a fraction of the price – we found cans of Coke for £0.19 compared to £3 at the hotel. Stock up early, because everything there is massively overpriced. Wish we’d known this sooner instead of finding out on the last day. This stay completely ruined what should have been a relaxing week. Would we stay here again? Absolutely not. Very poor for a so-called 5-star hotel.

We had a 2 week stay here in April and had the most amazing holiday! From the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant. So attentive, very kind and wanting to make sure you have the best time. Our room was very big, great size balcony, very clean and has everything you need. Our house keeper introduced himself to us on the first morning, Ahmed. He was a fantastic house keeper (room 3172), very kind, always making sure we were okay, said hello every morning and did brillaint towel art and was just overall a lovely person!. The animation team again brillaint. Always have something going on, very polite, not too overpowering if you just want to relax and not join in. We went over easter and they had big easter party which was incredible, big fruit party with food, inflatables, games. It was brilliant. Evening entertainment also very good and very varied so something for everyone. Then the rest, bar staff, pool staff, lifeguards, reception, all the staff in thos hotel were great! Not one bad experience with anyone. I would recommend this hotel over and over and we will certainly be returning. Thank you Jaz aquamarine.
