JAZ Aquamarine

Very nice hotel,with lots of facilities.Friendly personal ,great internet,a good looking room with a powerfull AC.

Great staff, great hotel and simply would go back tomorrow if I could get the time off work. The moment you arrive the staff are helpful your met with a beautiful lobby and taken to a stunning main bar. Bell staff deal with all the bags and get them in the room. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Cleaner in our from was exceptional. Pool staff daniel was serving us all day and was very nice . I can't speak highly enough of the staff in this hotel from front desk to cleaners , bar staff, entertainment staff all the way restraunt staff and pool staff .

Jaz aquamarine is an amazing hotel, staff were lovely and friendly, always smiling. The kids loved the slides, including myself. As soon as you enter the interior design of the lobby and other areas of the hotel are beautiful and well kept. there’s a variety of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The downside is there should be more alternative options for food if you have a dairy allergy such as vegan cheese for pizza and desserts without nuts as the majority had nuts.

The hotel was very nice, with polite and friendly staff. The food and drinks were excellent and available everywhere. The pool service was also outstanding—whatever you needed was brought to you almost immediately.

Hotel and pools were lovely but the food and cleanliness very poor . Bathrooms dirty and wardrobes full of dust. Seven of us went and booked 3 seats view rooms only 2 rooms were sea view. The food was awful and the restaurant was very disorganised ,no ice cream ,slush, or milkshakes for children and did very limited for children , we ate mainly vegetables and pasta all week ,we all struggled with the food, guest relations spoke to us at the pool on our 5th day for feedback ,we explained the food had really let the hotel down , she said there is ice cream for children and we assured her we had been to main restaurant and four corners and no ice cream , she said she was going back to the catering manager as there should be , that evening there was ice cream out on the station they had water melon on every night . We will not be returning because of the food ,many other guest at the hotel said the same to us as we all had hardly anything to eat , this is the first holiday we have returned and all have lost weight ,very disappointing ,even when we would order an omelette we were restricted to one teaspoon of cheese which you couldn’t taste and when we asked for more the staff would shrug their shoulders and we would say more each time and get the same response. Very disappointed only got 3star because of the pools
