We had a fantastic 11 day holiday here at the Jaz bluemarine with my wife son daughter in law and grandson the pools and gardens are incredibly well kept all staff are so happy and go out of their way to make your holiday the best big shout out to our cleaner mostafa our rooms were always spotless rooms 6054 and 6056 with some incredible towel art also the lifeguards and pool bar staff were all incredible all staff at the restaurant were always happy to help and get drinks etc our 2 favourite were Omar and Moaz we will 100% be returning Thanks all for a great holiday

Several illnesses as a result of staying at this hotel. We met people who had broken bones due to the unidentified small steps that are scattered throughout the hotel - be vigilant. The staff are generally friendly and can’t do enough for you. The room was ok for a family of 4 and kept clean each day. I wouldn’t say that this is a 5 star hotel and perhaps not a 4, but the facilities give it that reach. I was advised that the Neverland hotel is a better choice. I won’t be travelling with TUI again - no appetite to look after the interests of their customers.

We stayed at this resort for the fourth time, and once again everything was absolutely top‑level. The resort is very large, offers plenty of amenities, and the food is consistently delicious. What truly makes the experience special, however, are the local staff — always kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. This time we would especially like to thank Abdallah, a waiter from the Zelaa restaurant. He greeted us warmly every day, always waited for us, and took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. His hospitality made our visit even more memorable. And one more thing — the mixed berries juice turned out to be surprisingly tasty! 😀
