JAZ Bluemarine

This hotel is one to remember, every single member of staff work so hard to ensure you are looked after and having a great time, Most people that write trip advisor reviews have something negative to say, but we do not It was a perfect vacation and I’d like to thank all staff members, we will miss you guys a lot

Just got back from a fabulous week at Jaz Bluemarine. There were 10 of us, 5 adults (Ages 64 to 34) and 5 children (ages 15, 13, 11, 3 and nearly 2). There was something for everyone and no one was bored. The Bluemarine has a smaller friendly hotel feels but with all the access to her bigger sister's facilities. This suited us really well. Pools are beautifully clean and lifeguards are well trained and attentive. They will always find you a shady spot and seem to have an endless supply of loungers. They even come round to clean your sunglasses for free 😁. Food was amazing. Different options every mealtime and even our fussy eaters found something they liked. Moaz made every mealtime in the restaurant easy. The staff and food at the pool bar were great. Fabulous pasta and pizzas and really good coffee. Special thanks to Maoman who kept the floors in the restaurant so clean and the poolside toilets the cleanest on site. Ahmed Mohammed kept us supplied with drinks all day and really made us feel special. We booked a family photoshoot with the guys who sell them round the pool and have some really fabulous photos to take home. Well worth it. We booked a 4 hr snorkeling boat trip from a guy called Hamza MoMo. He did us a really good deal and we had the most fabulous morning. Our trip was cancelled the first day due to high winds but his communication with us was faultless and we felt so looked after. The bedrooms were comfortable with good air-conditioning. We had incredible towel art and lovely clean rooms to return to every day thanks to cleaning supremo Anwy. Three big bottles of water supplied in the room fridge everyday and huge soft clean beach towels every day in addition to bathroom towels. The on site spa offers the best massages I have had and the on-site shops and health clinic is a really great addition. Would love to come back every year. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Perfect holiday with kids. A small flaw in the beauty is the long shallow shore and a very noticeable low tide at sea. But kids were oriented mainly to pools and these are perfect on this place. The entire hotel complex is large and there is always something to do.

Abundant choices in dining and beverages. Average service is also high standard. Many amenities to choose from. Me and my friends had an absolutely fun and relax time here. Some hosts/servers were very friendly. For example, at the bar behind main reception, server Mohammod Manady was communicative and showed very nice hospitality.

Moaz, very friendly en helpful. The whole team fantastic. We enjoyed evetything znd will come back for shore. Food is very good every day different choice. Beverages are OK. Good and tastefull BBQ. Also at the beach good coctails,
