JAZ Bluemarine

Just back from Jaz Bluemarine and we had a lovely holiday and if we ever did go back to Hurghada, I would return (or reccomend) Rooms are big and cleaned superbly every day. Tea/Coffee/Water are all free in rooms. Aircon worked! Bathroom was good, and again clean towels every day. The staff work really hard around the pool, waiters, gardeners and cleaning staff. They are a credit to the hotel - really friendly and helpful. Pool areas are lovely - you can easily get a sunbed. Animation team are good. Food is varied and always something to eat. It was hot and food staff really cared about giving good service. So why only 4/5 - Just little things around the hotel: 1. Front desk were a little rude and unhelpful. The management are the same - can't even keep a door open for you. 2. Check in was really stressful late at night. 3. There's not a great deal of info given (I.e. a map of the complex or about food options) 4. Drinks aren't included in all.inclusive if you eat at a la carte restaurants 5. They changed the sun bed policy half way through the week (no real need to as you could always get a bed) 6. Constant people asking if you want to go on trips, get spa, massage is wearing Just a few little things that let it down. But we would absolutely return

We had an amazing time at the Jazz Blue and we would 100% return again. There were just a few things that knocked our score down to 4 stars and not 5. The Food - You won't go hungry but it is very repetitive and if you have kids who are fussy there is not much for them apart from Pasta and Chips. We ended up eating out 5 times and we had the À la carte one night which was nice. Forgot the name but it was like a Turkish.. Grilled meat etc. Bathroom - It's not the best. Your shower is a little hand held shower. It does the trick and gets you clean. But my wife and daughter did struggle not having a power shower / fountain shower with washing there hair. Again it's not a massive issue. The Entertainment Location - I can't complain about the entertainment as we only went down a couple of nights and did not stay long. My groan is about the seating and the location. The staff have to pull up sun loungers from the beach for guests to sit on! You spend all your day sunbathing on a sun lounger and then need to sit on a sun lounger to watch the entertainment. The location on the beach is far too small as the entertainment is for both hotels. No Water Bottles - Most all inclusive hotels we have been to have fridges scattered around with the minimal bottled water in there. At the Jazz Blue you have to get a small plastic blue cup and fill up at a small water station that takes forever to fill up. The rest of the drinks are all branded and great. Other than the 4 small points above the hotel is lovely. The grounds are massive. All the pools are lovely and big The water slides are great for the kids. The beach is brilliant with the Coral reef. But do watch where you are standing! 99.9% of the staff are friendly. The rooms are big and spacious with great air con, comfy bed and big TV . Little tip..get the cleaner to empty the fridge (as it's chargeable) and go to Spinnys in Senzo mall and fill it with all your crap for the week. We got drinks, crisps, sweets, Choccy ...nearly a trolly full for less than £20! The staff keeps the hotel so clean. Would we visit again... 100% yes. But we will look for another hotel next year as our daughter did not enjoy the food as much as we did. 4 out of 5 stars. 8 out of 10. Thankyou

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel looks amazing and offers so much, it definitely exceeded our expectations. Food was amaaaazing and different courses were offered for every meal. Workers are very hardworking, always in a good mood and made our stay so much better. Gardens are impeccable so shoutout to all the gardeners! You see the team working on little things every day, like repainting and fixing. Lawns mowed daily. Pools cleaned every night. Housekeeping always made sure you had everything you needed. Entertainment team working hard to engage with guests and provide a good time. Overall an amazing experience and a place we would love to come back to. Our best holiday ever. We always received any help needed at the reception but their approach is not comparable to cleaners, waiters, gardeners.. I found myself preferring to ask other workers for help than the reception, but this is all just vibe based. No complaints whatsoever. Would recommend and always come back ;) Thank you for everything.
