Situat la marginea sudică a capitalei turistice egiptene, Hurghada, hotelul este foarte apreciat de vizitatori, după cum reiese din numeroasele recenzii pozitive de pe TripAdvisor. Hotelul se distinge față de alte unități similare mai ales prin standardul ridicat al camerelor, facilităților și serviciilor. Oaspeții se pot bucura de o gamă largă de baruri și restaurante incluse în oferta All Inclusive. Un parc acvatic cu tobogane impresionante reprezintă, de asemenea, un avantaj incontestabil, oferind distracție pentru copii și adulți.

    Resort 5 🌟 Rooms 3-4 🌟 Food 4🌟 Staff 5 🌟 Location 4 🌟 Beach 3 🌟 Let's begin our experience... This was our first trip to Egypt, and we chose Jaz Bluemarin Resort for a 7-night stay with our 3-year-old child. Overall, we had a very enjoyable holiday and would recommend the resort. The food was good, with plenty of variety throughout our stay. We booked an all-inclusive package, which included two à la carte restaurant visits based on the length of our stay. However, availability was quite limited. We visited both the Indian and Arabic restaurants. The Indian restaurant was excellent, with tasty food and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the Arabic restaurant was disappointing. The mixed grill was undercooked, the chips were burnt, although the chicken liver was very good. The drinks were decent, although we noticed that each bar prepared the same cocktails differently, and many cocktails tasted like they contained more juice than alcohol. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice balcony. While it was a little dated, it was clean and perfectly suitable for our family. One of the biggest positives was the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They work incredibly hard, and while tipping is common in Egypt, we genuinely felt they deserved it. If you're visiting, it's worth budgeting around 4,000-5,000 EGP for tips during your stay. The Wi-Fi worked throughout most of the resort with only occasional dropouts. I would still recommend buying an eSIM before travelling, just in case you need a more reliable connection. We also booked several excursions and activities, including the spa, a massage, a camel ride, and a boat trip to Eden Island. All of these were great experiences and added to an enjoyable holiday. The beach was probably the biggest disappointment. It is quite small, and the water is very shallow, so if you're hoping to swim in deeper water or spend lots of time in the sea, you may find it a little underwhelming. The only other issue we experienced was on our departure day. We had paid for a late check-out and even confirmed it with reception that morning. However, our room key cards were still deactivated before our agreed check-out time, leaving us locked out of our room until the issue was resolved. It wasn't a great way to end an otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a lovely holiday, and despite the few negatives, we left with many happy memories. Thank you to all the hardworking staff who made our first visit to Egypt a memorable one. We would happily return.

    I don’t think this resort is ‘5 star’. The main thing that stood out to us was the fact they don’t give any water bottles even if you’re all inclusive. The cleaners put 2 large glass bottles of tap water in your fridge and re fill them daily, but at the bars / restaurants they don’t give any bottles of water, or even cans of drinks which is odd because every other all inclusive resort I’ve been to always has these available. You have to fill up glasses. The location is not good, on a busy main road, no shops nearby. Everywhere is a taxi drive away. Food is not great, same options every day. The resort is massive since it’s joined with the Jaz Aquamarine, plenty of pools. The gym is a tiny little room and has no shower facilities, best to pay for late checkout otherwise you won’t be able to get a shower as even the pool side ones require you to press and hold the button so the water can come out. Hard to get sunbeds as everyone puts towels down before breakfast and don’t come back, think the hotel need to implement a rule if towels are left over 2 hours they will be removed. Rooms are outdated they fill up your fridge with cans of beer, red bull, sprite etc and charge you if you use them. Shouldn’t be the case if it’s all inclusive.

    I would recommend this hotel. It major plus is the daily effort put in the nutrition. The food is varied and with a lot of local specialties to chose from. The grounds are a pleasure to be at, the pools are numerous and the gardens Well kept. Only minus is the small amount of toilets and the lack of constant cleaning of the ones available. Updating in that area is required. Eye for detail would be a plus, e.g. Toilet paper… but that would not hold us back from coming. A special and warm thanks to Mohammed Mohammed, Galal and Abeer.
