JAZ Casa Del Mar Resort

Well as this was our 7th time at this hotel ,it certainly didn't disappoint yet again. Absolutely amazing hotel ,the staff here are at the centre of it,restaurant,cleaners,management ect,always smiling 😃 and extremely helpful,and Jaz you should be very proud of them all ,to numerous to mention but Hazem at the pool bar went above and beyond and made our stay the best .Sarah from entertainment always found time to stop and chat. And yes we will be back our 2nd home soon.

Myself and my husband visited Iberotel Casa Del Mar for 2 weeks in April and had an amazing holiday. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the grounds are beautiful. What can I say about the staff, every one of them are so caring and can't do enough for you, special mention to Essam and Mohamed in the a la carte/snack restaurant who made us feel like royalty even when they were extremely busy and the chefs there who made the most amazing food. The international animation team, Tiger, Ryco and Sarah who all work so hard and still speak even if you don't take part in the activities, they are the best. Our housekeeper for room 2128 who kept our room spotlessly clean and made the most fabulous towel art. The bar staff are all amazing, service with a smile and cheeky grin, too many to mention but your are all great. Our favourite pool bar man Hazem who looked after us everyday, a true gentleman. Can't forget wonderful reception manager Mahmoud who couldn't do enough for us. We will be back and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Absolutely amazing hotel, we’ve been Egypt over 20 times and this is definitely one we would go back to, it’s very clean and your looked after very well, management team come around everyday to make sure your happy with everything, tiger from animation was helpful and very friendly, ibraham from the pool bar was such a kind lovely man, looked after us everyday, only reason I didn’t give 5star was because theres only 1 à la carte restaurant which is outside and usually you would have at least 3 to visit, the food was good though in buffet restaurant, over all very nice hotel and we will hopefully be returning in September October time! Thank you Iberotel casa del mar!!! Oh one last thing, the beds are soooo comfy!!! See you soon casa del mar ☀️

I’ve just come back here from a weeks stay I cannot thank all the friendly staff food was amazing clean and friendly hotel . A big shout out to my favourite of all here ra yen the fabulous entertainment staff made a great friend and made my holiday extra special as he had me involved every day with all the entertainment that was on with the stay of my holiday thankyou so much for making my holiday extra special I will return .
