Iberotel Casa Del Mar Resort

My family and I stayed in this hotel for 9 days in Feb. We ranged from age 8 yrs to 80 yrs . I was so impressed with everything about the staff and service . I am determined to make a return trip. All staff, from bars , to restaurants, to housekeeping, gardeners, and life guards . All friendly, helpful and a joy to be with They should be congratulated on doing a wonderful job. The animation team all work very hard , I thank Sarah particularly who spent time with my gorgeous 8 yr old granddaughter. Making the holiday special for her I highly recommend this hotel. We have stayed at Iberotel Casa del Mar 5 times over the last 2 years and have just returned from another wonderful week at this hotel. The staff really do make this hotel and they all work so very hard to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. Like many other reviews have said, the clenliness of the hotel is second to none. The gardens are stunning, with beautifully cut lawns and flowers everywhere. Food and drinks are very good. Always a good choice and the animation team were very friendly. Yes the entertainment is aimed at the French visitors to this hotel but the staff make an effort to engage with all guests, a special shout to Sarah who made an extra effort to speak with us everyday she saw us. This hotel is being rebranded in May to Jaz Casa del Mar resort and I just know that it is going to go from strength to strength. We are already looking at booking for 2027 and can't wait to see all the staff and management we now class as friends.

Just back from a week at the Casa del mar resort in Hurgada. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Really great resort and fantastic trip. Here are some key facts I would have wanted to know. WiFi is excellent. It works everywhere in the resort including the rooms. Rooms are excellent. We had adjourned bedrooms. Ours had a king bed and the kids had twins which could be moved around the room depending on how well they were getting along. They were cleaned daily and had lovely powerful hot showers. Our rooms were on the ground floor so we could easily run in and out during the day to apply sunscreen or use the toilet. The grounds are set in very well maintained gardens with lovely green grass, plants and birds. Paradise. We used the active pool and this is heated. It was a great pool and has a volley ball net and goals around it for fun. Entertainment was well planned and fun. The team are multilingual and young and fun. The games are there if you want them but there's no pressure if you want to miss them. Tiger and Sarah were our favourites. Lovely people and always happy to coax reluctant teenagers into having fun. Evening entertainment ran from 7:30 to 9:30 with the main act coming on at 8:30. They had local singers or musicians in first followed by a short kids disco then a more professional act and finally the local singer for the last half hour. Food was great. Loads of choice and all well made. It's buffet food so obviously not restaurant standard but that's not a criticism at all. We loved it. There is an a la carte restaurant which you can book as many times ast you like. This is restaurant quality and was delicious. Lunch is also available at the a la carte restaurant ( no booking needed). The quiet pool wasn't heated but still had people using it so can't have been too cold. The beach was a 10 minute walk away but through a well maintained and pretty path so was an enjoyable walk. The staff were all very friendly and while we were happy to tip our favourite waiters and barmen there was no pressure at all and made no difference to the service. I don't drink so can't comment on the alcohol but the alcohol free beer was nice as were the mocktails. Waterslide were excellent and there are 3 to choose from. Would love to return and would heartily recommend this hotel to others.

2nd time here & cannot wait to go back. Place is a variety of fun, wether you want a chilled time or more active then this is the place. Lots of daytime activities with the great animation team & very good entertainment at night. Was given a room of our choice on arrival by one of the great welcoming/friendly managers Ahmed Youssef who also arranged late check out & ala carte meals for us. The staff at this hotel are all amazing & work very hard to accommodate all. Rooms are big, clean & spacious & whole of the grounds are immaculate. Very good choice of fresh food even if your fussy. I preferred the snack bar for lunch with a small variety to choose from. A special mention & thankyou to some staff who were very friendly, polite & helpful at all times. Mr Joseph, Barsoum Mahran, Abdo, Ibrahim, Abd Elnasar, Wassem, Ahmed & Islam. They are a big credit to Casa del Mar. In general you cannot fault this place with all of the exceptional staff that work here. Customer relations & reception team brilliant service. Looking forward to our return in Sept.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service and attention to detail. The staff are warm, polite, and always helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well prepared. The facilities are well maintained, and the food was delicious with many choices. The calm and pleasant atmosphere made the stay even better. Highly recommende
