JAZ Casa Del Mar Resort

A high-quality, budget-friendly hotel that offers good value for money. The hotel grounds are medium-sized. There are three swimming pools in the center, surrounded by the accommodation buildings. All rooms overlook the pool or the garden. The rooms are spacious. They are cleaned daily. The condition of the rooms is good. The entertainment is nothing special. It’s a standard program. We added variety to our vacation with excursions. We booked them through Sheriff Egypt. You can easily find them online by their name. Their prices are lower than those of the hotel guide. We went on a trip to Cairo and a safari. We really enjoyed it. The food at the hotel is very good. The restaurant is clean. Overall, we were very satisfied.

الفندق يعاني من إهمال في منظومة السلامة عند المسابح وغياب الرعاية الطبية الفورية في الطوارئ وفي الاستجابه لطلبات النزلاء . الإدارة تفتقد لأبسط قواعد الضيافة؛ حيث يتم الضغط على النزلاء لإخلاء الغرف حتى أثناء تواجدهم بالمطعم يوم المغادرة. هناك أيضاً تمييز واضح ومرفوض في دخول المطاعم الداخلية بحجج غير مقبولة رغم أنها من حق النزيل. بالإضافة إلى انقطاع الكهرباء المتكرر، وسوء تنظيم الغرف للعائلات، والبوفيه المكرر بشكل ممل." "The hotel suffers from gross safety negligence around the pools and a total lack of immediate medical support during emergencies. Management is rude and completely lacks hospitality etiquette, pressuring guests to vacate rooms inappropriately even while dining on departure day. There is also clear and unacceptable discrimination regarding restaurant access, with unjust denials of amenities that guests are fully entitled to. This is on top of frequent power outages, poor room allocation for families, and a weak, repetitive buffet."

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of my vacation. The staff made a huge difference in making my experience so special. A special thank you to the reception team specially Mr. Ibrahim for their warm welcome, professionalism, and willingness to help with everything I needed. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. I would also like to thank the main restaurant staff and SPV Mr. Essam and his staff for their excellent service. The food was delicious, the variety was great, and everyone was kind, attentive, and hardworking. Also Ala Carte restaurant was amazing. A big thank you to the housekeeping team manager and stuff as well. The rooms and all the hotel facilities were always spotless, clean, and well-maintained. Their attention to detail and dedication did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate all the hard work of the entire hotel team. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable and memorable. I look forward to coming back again!

came here for 10 days with my family and really enjoyed our stay the pools were so nice and refreshing we could have stayed in there all day ! the hotel itself is feet modern and classy we love all the people here and everyone is happy to help 10/10 holiday we will definitely be back!

A fantastic stay at this hotel. A very quick check-in and a special mention to Mohamed A El Latif and Nancy on reception who were always friendly,polite and professional.Then taken to our room which was spotless and has a welcoming tray with fruit and sweets on. Air conditioning was well needed and soon cooled us down. Our cleaner was very friendly our room was cleaned every day with various imaginative towel art. The pool area was so clean and plenty of sunbeds whatever time you went. I have to give a special mention to Hazem the bar man who every day welcomed us with a friendly smile and always remembered what we drank a top man and a credit to himself and the hotel nothing was to much trouble. The restaurants had plenty of choice and yet again fantastic staff. The bar in reception was also very good especially Ibrahim and Hamdy who always had a cheery welcome and a nice cold drink. The animation team especially Neema were friendly and helpful. Management were also very visible and always asking if everything was OK and if we needed anything. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel hopefully will return soon.
