JAZ Casa Del Mar Resort

A fantastic stay at this hotel. A very quick check-in and a special mention to Mohamed A El Latif and Nancy on reception who were always friendly,polite and professional.Then taken to our room which was spotless and has a welcoming tray with fruit and sweets on. Air conditioning was well needed and soon cooled us down. Our cleaner was very friendly our room was cleaned every day with various imaginative towel art. The pool area was so clean and plenty of sunbeds whatever time you went. I have to give a special mention to Hazem the bar man who every day welcomed us with a friendly smile and always remembered what we drank a top man and a credit to himself and the hotel nothing was to much trouble. The restaurants had plenty of choice and yet again fantastic staff. The bar in reception was also very good especially Ibrahim and Hamdy who always had a cheery welcome and a nice cold drink. The animation team especially Neema were friendly and helpful. Management were also very visible and always asking if everything was OK and if we needed anything. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel hopefully will return soon.

Absolutely loved this hotel, the animation team are amazing and so welcoming they made our stay so fun! We will definitely be back can’t think of a better hotel to go to in Hurgada!

This hotel is amazing....All the staff are so hopefully...with an excellent customer service...Great location and as only a small hotel ,ticks all the right boxes. Plenty of choice for food,and would highly recommend this hotel.This was our 4th visit in January....and have already booked for January 2027....our 5th visit back to what is now our second home...Keep up the work...

Well as this was our 7th time at this hotel ,it certainly didn't disappoint yet again. Absolutely amazing hotel ,the staff here are at the centre of it,restaurant,cleaners,management ect,always smiling 😃 and extremely helpful,and Jaz you should be very proud of them all ,to numerous to mention but Hazem at the pool bar went above and beyond and made our stay the best .Sarah from entertainment always found time to stop and chat. And yes we will be back our 2nd home soon.
