JAZ Elite Asteria

Just came back from Jaz Elite Asteria and what a great experience we had. The food was amazing very tasty and a lot of variety to choose from. The staff were amazing, very nice and friendly and they did everything to make us comfortable and happy. The rooms were cleaned every day and the size was big for a family room. The entertainment was great different activities every day and night. It was busy the time we were there but we lacked nothing the swimming pools arraywere busy but we still managed to find space for the six of us without any problems. We will definitely be going back. Our sister trip to Egypt was an absolute dream thanks to the amazing hotel we stayed at and most importantly to everyone working at the hotel who made our vacation an absolute dream! From arrival onwards, we were welcomed with open arms by Saad who was always assisting us with any questions, bookings for the à la cart restaurants (making my birthday so special!!), literally anything we needed! Thank you so much for that, Saad! The Hotel‘s location is a dream, directly at the beach with amazing opportunities for snorkeling! The interior and overall look and feel of the hotel felt like paradise! We recommend anyone who is staying to book the à la carte Restaurants! We’ve been to the Mexican restaurant (absolute amazing team working there, made our dinner so special!!), the Asian restaurant for my birthday ((thank you for my gluten-free birthday cake and the birthday songs, made my day!)), the Italian restaurant which had the most amazing pizza and again gluten-free pizza & pasta for me on request!! Our lunches were always spent at the restaurant close to the beach, I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the waiters were!! Felt like making friends, they really made our lunches fun!! Pool service 10/10!! Drinks, ice-cream anything was brought to you, again the waiters were so friendly and always checking on us to stay hydrated ha!:) we even got a little flower bouquet on our last day at the pool! I also gotta mention housekeeping, who always made us smile with the best towel creations!! The hotel, the people, the food and overall location was 10 days of paradise! Making our sister trip so so special - thank you to everyone working there!! We‘ll be back!!!

Hotel amazing very clean and staff kindness this our third visit and quality still same . Special thanks for Mr Saad from front office for his efforts to make our stay comfort and happy we spend good time at hotel and hope they stay at same level. Thanks for all hotel team for their efforts except Maintenance team they are very bad and didn’t deserve to work at this hotel because they close AC at lobby bar at 11:00 pm when guests already at it , weather come very hot and i spoke many times with them but their reply coldly and keep you stay at hot more than 1 hour to make it open again . I hope to solve this problem with maintenance team .

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, the facilities were well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we truly enjoyed our time here. A special thank you to Saad from the reception for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. He was always helpful and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again!

The property is beautiful, modern, and very clean, and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming. However, there were a few disappointing experiences that unfortunately affected my overall impression. The nighttime entertainment was quite underwhelming and could definitely be improved, as there wasn’t much atmosphere or variety. I also found the food to be below expectations. While there was a good selection, much of it lacked flavour and wasn’t particularly enjoyable. One issue that was especially frustrating involved the minibar. When I arrived in my room, I asked several times whether the items inside the fridge were complimentary. I understood that the premium items displayed separately outside the fridge were chargeable, but I specifically pointed to the bottled waters in the fridge and asked if they were free. A member of staff even watched me with the water in my hand and confirmed that they were complimentary. Despite this, I was charged for them the following day, which was disappointing and could have been avoided with clear communication. The most upsetting incident happened on my final morning during breakfast. As I was sitting down, the chair beneath me suddenly collapsed. Considering this is a brand-new hotel, this was completely unexpected. It was extremely embarrassing, especially in a busy restaurant, and I was left with bruises on my legs. While no staff assisted, a kind customer had to help me up and bring me a chair, and I was disappointed that no compensation or meaningful gesture of goodwill was offered, despite the inconvenience, embarrassment, and minor injuries I suffered. Although I did enjoy many aspects of my stay, I hope the hotel takes these comments seriously. Improving the entertainment and food quality, ensuring staff provide accurate information about additional charges, and responding more appropriately when guests experience accidents would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.
