WOW\! WOW\! WOW\! What an absolutely incredible experience at JAZ Elite Asteria Hurghada\! This hotel is a true paradise for families with children\! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the amazing food and impeccable cleanliness to the wonderful atmosphere and outstanding service\. The food is absolutely delicious, fresh, varied, and beautifully presented\. The entire resort is spotless, and every detail is perfectly taken care of\. The entire staff is simply EXCEPTIONAL\! Every single employee is friendly, professional, welcoming, always smiling, and incredibly attentive to even the smallest details\. Their kindness, dedication, and hospitality make this hotel truly special\. The entertainment and activities for children are fantastic\! Our kids had an amazing time enjoying the games, dancing, and wonderful daily activities\. The animation team creates such a happy and energetic atmosphere for the whole family\. Everything about this hotel is simply WOW\! The food, cleanliness, comfort, entertainment, service, and attention to detail are absolutely outstanding\. A HUGE THANK YOU to the entire JAZ Elite Asteria team\! Every department and every employee deserves the highest appreciation for making our family holiday so special and unforgettable\. 10/10 IS NOT ENOUGH\! THIS HOTEL DESERVES A MILLION STARS\! This was my first time visiting Egypt, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel was amazing, and everything was absolutely perfect. The food, the cleanliness of the rooms, the service throughout the hotel, and the swimming pools were all fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the level of service truly left me speechless. Everything was beyond my expectations, and I can’t praise the team enough for making our stay so special. Keep up the amazing work, and congratulations to the whole team! You’re doing a fantastic job. I would definitely love to come back! ❤️

Feedback Pros - [ ] Beautiful hotel. Very clean, well kept. - [ ] Staff in all areas work very hard and are very friendly - [ ] Our boys loved the towel animals that Mustafa made every day. - [ ] Swim up room was brilliant during the toddler’s nap so his older brother could still play - [ ] A la carte restaurants tasty. We were only able to go one evening due to illness but the staff at amoura were very attentive, brilliant with the boys. Lunch at the Italian a la carte was very nice. - [ ] Food was varied and generally tasty - [ ] Gym fairly well equipped. Could have done with heavier weights/squat rack/bench - [ ] Waterslides were fun and it was nice that there were so many shallow areas in all the pools. - [ ] Kids area had loads to do. - [ ] Beach was tidy and lovely shallow sea. The jetty was cool and you could swim off the end with a lifeguard present. Cons/improvements - I was unwell with fevers and tummy upset likely after eating some seafood at the buffet restaurant. Unfortunately this was day 3 and meant i could not fully enjoy 3 of our 6 days on holiday. We raised this with the guest relations manager in case they had food standards reporting but she felt it wasnt necessarily food related. She did offer to arrange for me to see the hotel doctor or to help get some antibiotics and would ask how I was when i saw her. - A small thing, but the mattress toppers made a lot of noise when rolling over which kept waking us. - My husband also had chicken from the buffet which was raw in the middle. We flagged this to a waiter and the chef came to apologise. He brought freshly cooked replacements. - There is no alcohol gel around any of the buffet/restaurant areas which most hotels have and would encourage better infection control. - Our youngest boy has allergies to milk and soya. There was allergen labelling however this could not have been accurate. Often a meat dish in a sauce would have extra sauce next to it. The main dish would have different labelling to the sauce and so was inaccurate. For example chicken in sauce was labelled wheat only but the extra creamy mushroom sause next to it contained milk. Also, for example, one lunch i saw quesadillas that were labelled as only having wheat as allergens. As i walked back to the table i could see melted cheese dripping out which was not labelled and therefore had to remove this from my son’s plate. Thankfully, with some common sense, we managed to avoid any food related reactions

Everything was beautiful, the stuff, the room, the entertainment team and not the last the food 🥰 I strongly recommend this hotel. I mentioned the personal from the front restaurant, trey are very nice and kind.

Exceptional hotel, service was great. Staff was very friendly. 11 days of more that good experience Coming back in the future.
