The best hotel we have ever been. The food and service TOP. Mr. Jaffar, the waiter at the bar, was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it.

This was my fourth time visiting Egypt, and I’ve stayed at several different hotels over the years. I can honestly say that JAZ Elite Asteria is one of the best. The hotel is new, with modern and comfortable rooms. Everything is spotless—from the rooms to the pools and all public areas. The food is outstanding, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality, and delicious dishes every day. What impressed me the most was the service. It is the best service I have experienced in any hotel in Egypt. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I would especially like to thank Yehia Zakaria from the reception and Arafat from the restaurant for their exceptional hospitality. I also want to thank every other staff member. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all of their names, but if I could, this review would include more than 100 names because every single person made our stay special. Thank you to the entire JAZ Elite Asteria team for making our vacation unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel, close to the airport, with a wonderful atmosphere — the staff are simply lovely, I haven’t encountered such open, helpful service anywhere else. The rooms are large and spacious, cleaned daily, and equipped with all the basic amenities you need. I especially want to thank the front desk, @Yosri Monier, for such a warm welcome and smooth check-in. Special thanks also go to a truly wonderful person my whole family became friends with — @Ahmed Elsayed. He offers professional service across the Italian and Mexican restaurants, but above all, he’s an incredibly kind and helpful person. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm, relaxing getaway. This is definitely not a hotel with loud music and late-night parties — it’s a place to truly unwind and recharge.

We had an amazing stay at Jaz Elite Asteria! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the beach and pools were fantastic. Everything exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Location was a little away from city, yet service was superb through all the hotel, rooms were perfect”you could see the pool and sea while sleeping on the room, reception team was very helpful specially Mr. Yehia Zaharia who truly was very assisting and very cooperative.
