The atmosphere is lively yet beautiful, with a constant buzz of energy that never feels overwhelming. The food is outstanding — they offer more than four different cuisines, and everything we tried was fresh, flavourful, and genuinely delicious. The animation team is fantastic and full of fun, with activities running around the clock. Hospitality here is on another level; the staff truly go out of their way to make you feel looked after. They clearly prioritise children’s safety and happiness, with a dedicated kids’ area and a special pool just for little ones. One of the highlights for me was the swim-up room — having a private pool right outside the room made the swimming experience so special. The room itself struck a perfect balance between luxury and simplicity, leaving me feeling calm and completely content. Yes, it’s a bit on the expensive side, but you simply won’t find this combination of food, hospitality, activities, and water features anywhere else. Whether you’re travelling with friends or family, Jaz Elite Asteria delivers an unforgettable stay. I loved every moment and the feeling it left me with.

We recommend Jaz Elite to everyone. Our vacation here was amazing. All the staff was friendly and professional and Yehia helped us with everything we needed during our stay. The animation team also was great. They performed different shows each day and night. We met Ania from the team and she helped us with info when we wanted to know details about their activities with the guests. We will come back for sure here at Jaz Elite!

We have just returned from an amazing stay at Jaz Elite Asteria in Egypt in July 2026, and we honestly couldn’t fault a thing from start to finish. The staff were absolutely incredible, so friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They genuinely couldn’t have done more for us and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice, and our room was lovely, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the sea and watched the sunrise from our balcony which was gorgeous. The pools were fantastic, the location was perfect, and being right on the beach made the whole experience even better. The entertainment team were brilliant and did a great job keeping everyone involved and entertained. Every part of the holiday felt well organised and made us feel truly looked after. We can honestly say this was a genuine 5-star experience. There were no downsides for us, just a fantastic holiday made even more special by the amazing team at the resort. We would 100% recommend Jaz Elite Asteria and would love to return in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful, very clean, and truly impressive place, located right by the stunning sea and close to a beautiful coral reef. The surrounding area is also amazing, with picturesque deserts nearby, making the location perfect for enjoying both the sea and the unique landscape. The rooms were excellent, beautifully furnished, very clean, and cleaned every day. I was also impressed by the beautiful views from the room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever I needed anything. I always felt well taken care of and supported throughout my stay. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious meals. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, so I always felt relaxed and comfortable. The hotel also offers excellent value for money. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

We arrived at this hotel as two families, and from the very beginning we received a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the food is delicious. The staff, whether at the beach, in the restaurants, or the housekeeping team, were extremely professional and always made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel manager, Saad, was always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel feels very safe, and the beach is also clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The restrooms, restaurants, and all the facilities are kept in excellent condition. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in Hurghada. Best regards Julia :)
