JAZ Elite Asteria

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Jaz Elite Asteria. The hotel features beautiful, chic decoration, beautiful and very clean swim up rooms, amazing food quality and variety, and very nice entertainment, especially for kids. What we appreciated most is that although it is a family-friendly hotel, it never feels mass market — it keeps a boutique, chic, and elegant atmosphere while still offering the facilities of a large resort. Most of all, we experienced excellent service from all the hotel staff, with special thanks to Massaouda who welcomed us and took great care of us with an outstanding level of professionalism and genuine customer care. We will come back soon !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The service was truly excellent throughout my stay — the staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. I would especially like to highlight one waiter, Alaa, who provided outstanding service. He was professional, kind, and made our experience even more enjoyable. The food was the only aspect that slightly disappointed me. While there was a wide variety of options available, the taste did not always meet expectations. Some dishes were very good, but overall the quality could be more consistent. Despite this, I had a very positive experience and would happily return in the future.

If you want to have a great vaccation , go there ! Excellent food , excellent service , excellent management , excellent entairtment program and team ! The room cleaning is super and the atmosphere is magical . I can recommend this clean place . The restaurants are from Mexican till Italien till sea till till … just enjoy . Mr Ahmad the chef cook and Mr Medhat the other chef cook are top cookers and now what they are doing ! Okra shoten and pizza and meat and and are a dream ! Respect ! The service guys from the bar to lobby to restaurants are highly recommended ! Mr. Amjad coffee is incredible !

It was such a great experience at Jaz Elite Asteria. We really enjoyed the food, the room, and the beach.
