JAZ Elite Asteria

We had great time at this hotel and the service was great offered by Mr. Saad and Ms Masoodah, the hotel was very clean modern , food was great lot of varieties, sandy beach was amazing.

Jaz Elite Asteria - a brand new, beautifully finished and maintained hotel in a modern style. The grounds are huge with multiple pools and there is a lot very comfortable sun loungers – perfectly shaded and separated from neighbors. Despite being new, the greenery is beautiful. The Jaz chain stands out for its adult offerings – drinks, service, lunch menu, etc., and the Elite level is even better – we were very pampered in this regard for a week. The service is excellent, visible, and attentive. There's absolutely no correlation: tips = good service. Everyone feels well-cared for. The water park is small, but it's great that it exists and you can play with the kids. Even though it was already May, the pools were still heated because of the wind – a great response to the guests' needs. It's hard to name the standout staff because so many were great – so I'll just thank Ms. Noahla from the Active pool for giving us a wonderful welcome. General Manager, Mr. Hany Elalfy and his team did a great job - thank you! Adam says hello and wants to come back next year :)

We stayed at Jaz Asteria Elite last week as a couple and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel itself is absolutely superb — everywhere was spotless, the beach and pool areas were beautiful, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. Originally we had not booked a swim-up room, but because my partner was struggling to walk long distances, the hotel kindly helped us upgrade to one at a discounted price. This made a huge difference to our holiday and we were extremely grateful for the understanding and support. The food was very good throughout our stay. We tried both the buffet and the Mexican restaurant and enjoyed both very much. After that, Saad went above and beyond to arrange meals to be brought to our room because getting around while pushing a wheelchair was difficult. His kindness and care genuinely made our holiday so much easier, and we cannot thank him enough. Mostafa was also fantastic, always helpful when bringing food and drinks to the room, and Omar kindly helped me get a sunbed each day which was greatly appreciated. The cocktails were excellent too, and the Italian restaurant bar staff even brought drinks to our room during the day which was such a lovely touch. A special mention also to the room cleaner, who did an amazing job every day and surprised us with towel monkeys and animals in the room — such a fun and thoughtful detail. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. We truly felt looked after from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return in the future.

We’ve just returned from an unforgettable stay at JAZ Elite Asteria, and I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfectly organized, warm, and welcoming. The entire resort is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to switch off and enjoy every moment. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Every staff member we met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. Whether at the reception, in the restaurants and bars, or around the pool, the team always greeted us with a smile and was ready to help with anything we needed. The food was another highlight. The main restaurant offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious dishes every day, and the à‑la‑carte restaurants were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the Italian La Dolce Vita, Mediterranean White Sands and Asian Ginger options, all offering great flavors and a lovely dining experience. The drinks were also excellent, with skilled bartenders preparing cocktails that were consistently tasty and well presented (thank you Shimaa, Madonna, Rafael, Ahmed, Mohamad...sorry, if I forget someone...you are all great, doing your job perfect and we already miss you). Our swim‑up deluxe family room Nr. 1347 was a dream. Having direct access to the pool made our stay even more relaxing and added a touch of luxury that we truly appreciated. The room was modern, perfectly clean, and very comfortable, with housekeeping doing an amazing job every single day (thanks Mohamad). The beach area is beautiful, with soft sand, clear water, and plenty of space to relax. The long pier leading out to the reef is perfect for snorkeling lovers—there’s a lot to see right beneath the surface. Overall, JAZ Elite Asteria exceeded all our expectations. If you’re considering a holiday in Sahl Hasheesh, I can only recommend choosing this hotel. You’ll enjoy fantastic service, great food, beautiful surroundings, and a truly memorable vacation from start to finish. We will definitely come back someday in the future...

We would like to sincerely thank and recognize a waiter named Waseem from Jaz Elite Asteria Hotel in Hurghada, who served our group of 6 people at the White Sand à la carte restaurant on 13.05.2026. From the very beginning, Waseem showed full professionalism, excellent manners, and an incredibly positive attitude toward guests. He was never pushy, yet throughout the entire evening he took great care of our comfort and paid attention to every detail of the service. His recommendations of the dishes were absolutely perfect — he described every meal so well and advised us in such a professional way that each of us was delighted with our choice. Thanks to the dedication, kindness, and warm smile of Waseem, the dinner became a truly exceptional experience and one of the best evenings of our stay. Waseem is truly a waiter worthy of a medal and a perfect example of outstanding hospitality service. Employees like him deserve recognition and appreciation. Thank you for a wonderful evening!c
