We had a wonderful stay at this 5-star resort and would happily return. We traveled with our 6-year-old child, and it was the perfect destination for a family vacation. The all-inclusive package was excellent, with a great variety of food and drinks throughout the day. The à la carte restaurants were a real highlight—each one offered delicious food, great service, and a different atmosphere. The resort has an impressive selection of pools, so there was always something for everyone, and the aquapark was a huge hit with our child. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help with a smile. The poolside and beach drink service was fantastic and made relaxing even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Yehia from the reception team. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, was always professional, kind, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had a great experience. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and couldn’t do enough for us. You were never left waiting for a drink, and tables were cleared almost immediately, making the whole experience feel effortless and well organised. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent—powerful and refreshingly cold, which made a huge difference in the heat. Everything was well maintained and exactly what we hoped for. One thing that really stood out was how beautifully the hotel grounds are cared for. The gardens and greenery are immaculate, and it’s clear that a lot of hard work goes into maintaining them. The pools were also excellent, clean, and well looked after, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and we genuinely hope the hotel continues to maintain these incredibly high standards. Keeping up with regular room maintenance and ensuring the communal areas and walkways remain fresh and well presented will help preserve the excellent reputation the hotel has built. On Sunday, July 12, two adults and two children returned from Jaz Elite Asteria, and after five years of traveling to Egypt, I can confidently say that this was by far the best resort we have ever stayed at in every respect. A huge part of this wonderful experience was thanks to Yehia at the reception, who fulfilled every request we had. He helped us with a spacious room offering a stunning view of the pool and the sea, and he also arranged our reservations at the à la carte restaurants, where the food was incredibly varied, delicious, and plentiful. The cleanliness throughout the resort was outstanding, both inside the buildings and in all outdoor areas. The resort features several large swimming pools that were never crowded during our seven-day stay, allowing us to swim in peace. There were always plenty of free sunbeds by both the pools and, especially, the beach. There are many terraces and bars, with staff who were constantly attentive to our comfort and always made sure we had everything we needed. Throughout our entire holiday, we never lacked anything, and at no time were we asked for or pressured to give tips. I can honestly say that the value for money, the quality of the services, the comfort, and the luxury offered by this resort are exceptional. I highly recommend Jaz Elite Asteria to families and to anyone looking to spend an unforgettable week in a truly wonderful resort. Once again, our sincere thanks go to Yehia for his kindness, patience, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring that we had the best possible accommodation and overall experience. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.
