We stayed at this hotel for the first time in April, and since we regularly visit Hurghada, we can confidently say this is the best hotel we have ever experienced in this area. From the very first moment, everything felt exceptional. The welcome at reception was outstanding we were greeted with genuine smiles. The lobby is beautiful, spotless, and has a fresh, pleasant scent that immediately sets the tone for a relaxing stay. Walking around the hotel gives an incredible sense of calm and relaxation. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious pastries, salmon, eggs, and many fresh options. The service during breakfast is just as impressive – the waiters work incredibly hard, your glass is never empty, and they truly cannot do enough for you.We met Fayez on our first day at Aurora, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He did everything he could to make sure our stay was perfectly. The Italian restaurant is another highlight. You can enjoy lunch there during the day and dinner in the evening by reservation. The food is absolutely amazing especially the lamb chops, which are a must-try! Hazem, the manager, is very friendly and professional, and Islam from La Dolce Vita provided excellent service. Magic Sands was actually one of the main reasons we came back. The beef there is incredible, and the setting is perfect for a relaxed lunch with a beautiful view. Waseem is a standout waiter truly top service and always attentive. The iced coffee and cocktails at the lobby bar are also absolutely amazing. Perfectly made and easily the best we’ve had during our holidays in Egypt. The rooms are impressive they are spacious and extremely clean and very comfortable. The beds are excellent and ensure a great night’s sleep, adding to the overall relaxing experience of the stay. We made a mistake with our booking ourselves, but Saad handled everything incredibly well. He helped us without any hassle, arranged a beautiful room for us, and made sure everything was sorted perfectly. As a very kind gesture, we even received a lovely gift to take home as a reminder of our stay. Everything in this hotel is simply perfect from the facilities to the atmosphere, and especially the staff. Every single employee plays a part in making your holiday feel special and unforgettable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality truly elevate the entire experience and make everything run flawlessly. We will definitely be coming back again!!

Superb hotel! Everything at the hotel was perfect. The staff in all areas of the hotel could not do enough for us. Especially those at White Sands, La Dolce Vita, Club 22 and the Cool Breeze bar!

We recently had a family holiday at jazz elite asteria . I contacted massaouda in gr before our stay and she was amazing in helping us with requests before and during our stay , she is a wonderful lady and a real asset to the hotel . Every aspect of our stay was positive, the rooms, pools , restaurants , bars etc are all 5 star but what makes the hotel so special is the staff . Everyone was so polite friendly but a few went above and beyond for us , so Big thanks to Yasser our room attendant , Awad and Wageah @ the Italian , Ahmed @white sands/asian , Osama in outside lobby bar , Adeh sediek chef in Italian and mafonnna in Italian /white sands and our pool waiter from Italian bar who constantly brought drinks to our swim up room who was a star ! My only very slight negatives would be that the al a carte breakfast offering was poor compared to everything else and that the air con in the lobby bar wasn’t cool enough when you needed a cool down drink after dinner on a hot night ! We will defiantly be back , thank you jazz elite asteria
