Kids had fun, so did we as parent to! Food was good, entertainment was good, pools were fun! Would really recommend this hotel to others. See you maybe next year 😁

Honestly was the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. Staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is ever too much trouble. Loads and loads of staff around all the time whether they are cleaning or tending to the gardens. Life guards are amazing! Always helping take you to sun beds and put towels out. No sunbed wars!! Plenty of sunbeds at all times of the day. Life guards even come round through the day asking if you want to move sunbeds to windy areas or shaded. Cannot recommend the hotel enough!

Great place to stay front desk staff seemed like they weren’t interested sometimes but other than that all other staff were faultless really good experience

We spent wonderfull week with grandsons. Room was very nice and perfectly cleaned. Food was delicious and one of the best which we had in Egypt. Very kind staff. We will certainly come back.

Communicated with hotel and asked to have a room close to the pool as I’m a blue badge holder and often need to go to my room for medication etc and the kids like to stay in the pool and they did not disappoint- emailed me straight back to confirm and boy the room they chose was perfect (1022) this made a excellent start to our holiday-check in was fast and the late night arrivals buffet was pretty good (no dried up sandwiches were offered) a hot buffet with a bit of choice was very appreciated. Room was spacious and clean and right next to the pool, bathroom was on the larger side and immaculate. Housekeeping throughout our stay was 10/10 it was properly cleaned every day (we were sad our housekeeper was in hospital the day we left but I hope you got your tip and our thanks from your supervisor and your recovered) Lifeguards were very professional and diligent as were the waiters and bar staff Food (not sure why so many people have been negative) the food was amazing- always so much variety and cooked very well we especially loved the bbq grill outside and the salads, wine was okay but definitely could be improved. Our anniversary was spent at paprika but we had to leave prematurely as the heat just got too much but the meal was lovely and the view was stunning. tried a few cocktails at the liquid bar but I preferred a gin and tonic. The grounds were beautifully kept. Evening entertainment was very good compared to other Egypt hotels we’ve stayed in, lots of variety every evening and the pool table went down well with the older kids. Water park was fantastic and again the lifeguards were super focused keeping everyone safe. A special shout out to Sherif, Mohamed and the Lovely Lydia who helped us sort out our evening meal and locating lost swim shoes! In true terminator form “we will be back”
