JAZ Makadi Aquaviva

Great place for relax and fun for holiday. Very good food and service. Nice and clean hotel. There was beautiful aquapark and lot of swimmingpools.

Amazing stay at Jax Aquaviva, well located with brilliant atmosphere, clean and spacious rooms, very clean and service is amazing! Food quality and service is exceptional. Looked after very well by Mustafa at room 4211, with incredible towel art.

Our fourth visit to the Aquaviva and enjoyed it again,food very good everything very clean but the staff are always so friendly and truly make it a special place to visit.

This is the second time I have been to this beautiful hotel. Two years ago I was with my wife and now we have taken the children with us. We spent a dream week, with lots of relaxation and fun. I recommend all families with children to come here

I stayed at Jaz Aquaviva in March/ April 2025 for 10 days and ended up absolutely loving it! The resort itself is large and beautifully designed, with elegant white buildings and subtle Egyptian architectural touches. It’s located in Makadi Bay, which is quieter and more remote than central Hurghada - but that’s exactly what makes it perfect for a relaxing escape. There’s also a free shuttle to the private beach. My room was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The whole property is very well maintained. One thing to note for anyone with mobility issues: most buildings don’t have lifts, so it’s worth requesting a ground-floor room if needed. One of the highlights for me was the Magic World fitness programme. There’s a full schedule of activities throughout the day. The 11:45 aqua aerobics sessions absolutely wiped me out - my Apple Watch said I burned around 900 kcal and it definitely felt like it! In the afternoons there were fun dance classes by the pool including Zumba, salsa, hip hop and belly dancing. Food was very good for an all-inclusive too. Breakfast at the Amaya buffet was always delicious with a wide selection. I especially enjoyed lunch by the adults-only pool at the Paprika restaurant, which is à la carte during the day. Evenings had plenty of entertainment if you wanted it - Hawaiian themed nights, belly dance and tanoura performances, karaoke, light shows and even a Michael Jackson tribute show. But what really made the stay memorable was the staff. Special thanks to Saad, Ahmed and Moemen at reception, Zahra from Guest Services (who was fantastic during her internship), Front Office Manager Mr Reda Ali, and Komi from the Magic World fitness team. Everyone was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming. Overall, Jaz Aquaviva is ideal if you’re looking for a well-run, wellness-oriented resort with lots of activities, great staff and a relaxed atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend
