Another fantastic stay Can’t remember everyone’s names , restaurant staff , all pool areas , our cleaner , Amazing food at Amaya & absolutely amazing at Paprika. Also Too Jenny & Nicole a big thank you ,again , even the bus man thank you , hope too see yous in winter

This was our first vacation with two small children, and we truly could not have chosen a better place. We really loved the location of the hotel — even though it is not directly by the sea, everything is nearby and shuttle buses run every 30 minutes. The hotel offers privacy and a peaceful atmosphere, while still being close to the airport and Hurghada. The rooms were very clean, and honestly, the entire resort was spotless. The staff was kind, welcoming, and especially wonderful with children. The food was excellent with a huge variety available from morning until evening, both for adults and kids. We are sure this was not our last stay at Jaz Aquaviva. Thank you so much for such a beautiful holiday experience!

The hotel is child-friendly and offers very good service, with friendly and helpful staff throughout the resort. The waterpark is fantastic and truly a standout feature. While some areas feel a bit outdated, everything is well-maintained and clean, which made our stay comfortable. Rooms: We stayed in a room with 2 adults and 2 children. The room was tidy and spacious enough for our family. Housekeeping did a great job — the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Food & Drinks: There is a wide variety of food available in the buffet restaurant. The quality was generally okay, though not exceptional. There is also a wide choice of cocktails and other drinks. During the day, there are plenty of snack options available, and for the kids there are treats like ice cream and popcorn. Unfortunately, all of us experienced stomach issues during our stay. We have been visiting Egypt every year and are quite familiar with the usual precautions, and this was the first time we got sick, which was disappointing. Location & Walkability: The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, so there is no real walkability outside the resort. The beach is quite a distance away, but it can be reached easily with the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Waterpark & Pools: The waterpark is excellent and truly one of the highlights of the resort. There is something for everyone, with fun slides that both children and adults can enjoy. The kids’ pool area, however, was quite cold during our stay, while the other pools were at a comfortable temperature. Safety: We felt safe throughout our stay at the hotel.

Very good hotel, with big and clean rooms, great service and tasty food. The pools and all hotel area are very clean. Great aquapark for kids and adults also 😁

We had a perfect holliday, All was very clean, Nice warm Pools and very Nice people around. Our room was perfect! See you next time
