Excellent holiday experience! Great improvements made in 2 years. When you prefer a beach hotel, you may want to make another choice, however the shuttle bus is a very good option which is included. The atmosphere is very good. A lot of hardworking staff, who really want to make your holiday a present. There is always entertainment. We did experience better entertainment 2 years ago. The rooms al fine, we were located in the middle block #3000 room numbers. This block is central located. However, if you have a guest sleeping in the family room and the person is sleeping in the sofa part, this might be noise sensitive. The doors al quite light of quality, so there can be more noise experienced. The cleanliness is well done. Staff is always working hard to keep your stay clean. We experienced an excellent housekeeper. Very creative and always at service. Also good English speaking man. But we also had a room on the other side of the block, and they experienced the cleaning not so well. Is it worth the money? ABSOLUTELY yessss! Fabulous hotel, wonderful staff, stunning food, brilliant waterpark.

Amazing hotel! The staff are without a doubt the best we've ever come across. This was our second visit, and once again it didn't disappoint. The entertainment team are fantastic, and everyone from housekeeping, the lifeguards and chefs to the gardeners and maintenance team go above and beyond to make your stay special. The hotel and grounds are kept absolutely immaculate, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Another well-deserved five stars from us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mr Bebo , Ahmed and family, we'll miss you and your crazy dancing! ❤️ See you again soon. xx
