We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and had a lovely time. The hotel was so pretty, set in beautifully maintained gardens, our room very beautiful and comfortable and the staff looking after us in our room (thank you so much Saied and Mohammed) and by the pool (especially Mansour!) and Allá our waiter in the restaurant really made our time special. There were always available sun loungers and shaded areas, the pool was vast and the little ones had a safely reserved area, plus other pools in the hotel grounds. A shady drinks and light lunch terrace provided a lovely seating area near to the pool, which also served delicious cocktails 🍹 The hotel is very peaceful and tranquil. Although we were at a distance from the town it was easy for us to book transfers and trips. We used the hotel as our own oasis to dine (breakfast on the terrace was such a lovely start to the day) to swim and enjoy the sun. We took trips to visit Cairo, Luxor and Hurghada itself, all of which we really enjoyed. Cairo and Luxor were really incredible, a lifetime experience! The food served in the main restaurant was delicious and included a wide variety fresh fruit and vegetables, local dishes and international cuisine. The hotel was very well maintained and constantly cleaned and tidied. Our towels and linen were changed daily, and Saied was a true artist with his towel and floral art 🥰 The only thing we’d like to see improved is the room key system where the electronic card was always needing reprogrammed, and the WiFi which was available throughout the hotel complex did lock us out quite regularly and also needed reset by the patient reception staff.. So…. what lovely warm friendly staff in beautiful relaxing surroundings - we’d thoroughly recommend this hotel thank you 💛

Nice hotel. Our roommate Ali is the greatest, He does clean the room so fast and especially he does Art and build animals Out of towels and flowers. I habe never Seen this before. Room 2108
