The hotel was lovey and had such a good environment would definitely visit again ! All staff were amazing and friendly. I need to point out one girl I believe her name was gracee she made us feel so welcome and really helped us navigate the hotel and get us involved in some stretching which we really enjoyed Thank you again would definitely recommend

1. The worst service I have ever experienced, you could wait for your drinks for 30 min during eating time, or the waiters forgot about you at all. 2. Almost nobody speaks English, only people working in the reception and lobby bar and their English is also bad. 3. We couldn't sign up to any restaurants, as the system was glitching all the time and showed that there are no free spots. Once we even tried to book it at 7 am - no success. 4. It is extremely hard to find any unoccupied sunbeds. 5. Wi-fi is very poor, in several places not accessible at all. 6. Food was repeating every other day. 7. Mini-bar in the room has only water and as there were three of us in the room, we got precisely 3 bottles of water. The only good thing was a very warm sea, although the coral reef is super small, almost nothing to see there.

It was a great vacation here, with my sister and her girlfriend. Our room was very comfortable. They were very attentive to us both at the pool and on the beach. Everything was great!

Here right now with family and having a great time. The staff are great although drinks could be quicker in the evening. Animation team work incredibly hard and fabulous with kids.
