Good value for money but just a few minor setbacks. Nonetheless we have a great time and would like to thank all the staff for their effort to make us feel welcome

We had a fantastic holiday, if you ever get the chance to find Tayeb on your holiday do, his service his quite possibly the best we have had, nothing has ever been to much trouble for him, the hotel is fantastic the rooms clean and comfy and food has not disappointed, entertainment team Max and thara are brilliant

Very good resort, with nice restaurant, thanks to Ahmed and the sunflower restaurant, which provided clean and very good food.

The best hotel ive been in. I love the animation them here, everyone is really friendly and funny. We will come back for sure

Where do I start?! Well my husband and I previously visited Hurghada and fell in love with Egypt. We decided we wanted to return with our children to show them the magic of Egypt. We chose the Jaz Makadi Saraya this time and what a choice we made ❤️ The rooms are lovely and specious and accommodated our needs- our room cleaner was just fab leaving different towel displays for the 2 weeks we were here, which delighted the children. Fresh towels every day and a lovely tidy room. I believe our cleaner was Moufasta? Thank you to him! A special mention also to the gardeners - the grounds are spectacular!! The complex is great, facilities are amazing. We loved the pool and the beach, took part in some of the entertainment and the children used the parks etc. It was hard for them to become bored here. The entertainment team were great, we bonded well with Caroline and Zoey. The children adored them. The entertainment was good also and the bar tenders were extremely attentive. The bar tenders around the pool and the pool staff were just lovely and made us feel so at home. Food wise we tried the a la carte, the food court and the Sunflower. Of all the restaurants the sunflower was our favourite. The food was just amazing- even surpassing a meal we had on the marina - quite something to say considering it’s all inclusive and usually we get a bit bored but the foods been so lovely! The children even got adventurous which is really saying something. The staff in the sunflower, especially Ahmed, Ash, Mohammed the waiter and Mohammed (the king of the night pancakes) have treated us so well, we adore them and are so grateful for their kindness. They work so hard and always have time to make people feel special. We are so sad to leave them all. Without a doubt should we return to Hurghada then we will be coming to the Saraya without hesitation. I cannot recommend this place enough, you will not be disappointed and you’ll find it hard to go home. Thank you Jaz Makadi Saraya, you’ve got a piece of our heart- love the Askew’s.
