JAZ Makadi Saraya Resort

This was our first time in Egypt, for us the hotel was in a perfect location, 20 mins from the city of Hurghada, if you are looking to go into Hurghada download Indrive app it will be a fraction of the cost! The hotel itself could do with getting update especially in the bedrooms, the food was lovely and fresh, we ate in the Indian ala carte restaurant in their sister hotel across the road, it was absolutely amazing!! We loved the quiet pool area it was the perfect area if you want to completely chill out. The beach is a 5/10 minute walk away and the hotel has their own snack bar. The staff in the hotel were absolutely fantastic and couldn't be more helpful.

Got back from Jaz Makadi Saraya yesterday.Nice hotel very clean, lovely gardens,well kept.Staff were lovely,everybody from reception,cleaners,bar staff,all good. Food ok, could have been hotter!! Lots of choice. Changed room to a ground floor ( given first floor, don't know why,hotel very quiet) sorted room ourselves with reception next morning, didn't see TUI rep all week!(.did he/she exist??) Beach was nice 👍 Thought the entertainment was dire!!! Very outdated. Cocktails were undrinkable,wine not too bad!!! Hotel was just too quiet, definitely not English hotel.Thought would have been livelier.Street party was brilliant top marks!! Sorry Saraya just not for us!!

The evening shows are very good and the animation team are always very entertaining and interactive with the guests. I had a great time and formed good relationships with the animation team, always so friendly and ready to help

First time visitors to Egypt and this hotel was beautiful. It has everything you need, it is in stunning grounds with lovely rooms and is set with lots of other hotels in its own little town. The staff are truly a credit to the hotel. The food and drink is plentiful. We loved it that much we are going back in September.

amazing place with the best staff creating the best atmosphere. always going above and beyond. in a beautiful and lovely and hot location. the animation where the best and got everyone up and moving. the rooms are very comfy and you get the best views cleaned every day and always up to standard. no noise at all from surrounding areas either which made it easy to sleep at night.would definitely stay again and great value for money :).
