JAZ Makadi Saraya Resort

This was a great hotel and we loved our weeks stay. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted and NYE was amazing. 1: The food was good all inclusive food, we didnt use the other restaurants as the main restaurant was fine for us. The snack bars around the pool were also great. Breakfast was typical AI some random things thrown in but pancakes toast cereal etc. 2: There was a section of the main pool heated and the baby pool was. Im not sure about the quiet pool people were swimming in it I just have a loud child so we didnt use it 😆 3: The rooms were big and clean the bathroom had shower gel shampoo. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Tea/coffee in room and a mini fridge. This is charged in Euros. The water was free. The pool towels were exchanged each evening by somebody knocking on the door. 4: The beach was 5 mins away and was nice there is an all inclusive down there plus camel rides etc. 5: There is a bus that takes you to the waterpark free that's also all inclusive. This was a mix of heated and non heated pools. My son loved it. Overall this was a great break loads of effort in the NYE celebrations we have booked to come again this year. The weather was lovely and warm it was chilly at night just needed a jacket. I was never asked to leave a review bury the hotel, only on external trips so they didnt get one. The daytime entertainment was great and all the staff were lovely. A big shout out to the front security guard he was always so lovely and chatty.

First time in Egypt, we were cautious at first, but in the end a very good experience! Good food, friendly staff, nice hotel environment and sea. Suitable for families with children. We enjoyed every day. We can fully recommend it.

As someone who travels around 3 times a year, this has to be one of the best holidays we have had. Everything was perfect, the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful people, especially Mahmoud who works on the bar where the night time animation/entertainment is on, he is a very kind man and good at his job, we came with 2 small children an they enjoyed every minute of it especially the aqua park which is brilliant, we did Paragliding at the beach and speed boat which was a great experience, the animation team were great and always smiling, the weather was perfect and we enjoyed the heated pool which is perfect temperature for a relaxed swim. We visited the grill restaurant which was also very nice and we enjoyed our meals 10/10. We will be returning here again and we recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking to stay, also weird comment but this was the best orange juice I have ever tasted😂we really didn’t want to come home, thank you. It was very nice returning to Egypt. We had also stayed in the Oasis hotel a couple of years back which is just next door and was nice seeing again.

An amazing hotel with the best staff and entertainment team!! Mickey and Bob are excellent and make the holiday fun. The food is delicious and we will definitely return time and time again ❤️❤️
