Such a wonderful place especially with a lot of entertainment and great staff wasn't bored a single second on the entire trip I 100% recommend this hotel because it keeps the whole family happy and enjoyable

We stayed at the Jazz Makadi Saraya in Hurghada, in room 1261(16.05-23.05.2026) . The hotel is beautiful, but what truly made our vacation unforgettable was the incredible staff. Kind, responsive, attentive . they filled us with good energy every single day. The employees are the main treasure of this hotel. Special thanks to the main restaurant team “Sun flower”: Restaurant manager Ahmed- always on top of everything. Our wonderful waiters: Hussein, Ahmed, Abd Allah, another Ahmed, Islam, Sheba and Mahmoud- thank you for your speed, smile, and care. Amazing chefs, especially Mustafa- every morning he delighted us with the most delicious omelette. barman Toyeb. he made the tastiest cocktails and was so attentive and courteous. Everything was also perfect in terms of cleanliness. daily housekeeping in room 1261, spotless territory and beach. And a big thank you to the reception team as well. I loved this hotel, but most of all because of the wonderful people working here. Thank you all from room 1261! We will be back!

My first visit to Egypt and I can say that this hotel is so beautiful and amazing..the staff are outstanding, the animation team is so fun and so full of life..Top for me 🫶🫶🫶I already know that I will definitely come back again soon🫶🫶 again 🫶🫶
