JAZ Makadi Saraya Resort

My first holiday to Egypt and I couldn’t have picked a better hotel,from the very start my family and myself felt at home, the staff were truly amazing,from the front desk, the restaurant, the bar areas and the brilliant pool staff, the holiday was an absolute dream and like everything you are really enjoying all things come to an end, I and my family cannot wait until we can return.

Had the bestest 2 weeks at this resort and it will be one to return to! Shout out to ALL the hard working staff who never stop .. entertainment team are AMAZING and mega friendly and always something going on in the day and evening .. pool parties are the best with dj’s ! A special shout out to our pool waiter Khalil .. cocktail maker , beer provider , soft drink provider, cup of tea and coffee in the morning provider and a memory of an elephant with our large party changing their minds every two minutes ! Khalil could not do enough for you! You would make the best choice in choosing this hotel based purely off the friendly staff who make your holiday .. food is plentiful and caters for all nationalities! Ps NO SUNBED WARS!

Fantastic time at Jaz Makadi Saraya Resort. Clean beautiful hotel with great service. Special shout out to Khalil at the cabaret pool bar and Saraya food court. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you. Also special shout out to Abdul in the Sundlower restaurant upstairs for whom moving sales about and serving a group of 11 was no issue and always done with a smile.
