Very good hotel, very good bar, very good restaurant, very good lifeguard. A special thank you to Abdo and to the animation team, especially Mickey. He's a unique person with his jokes, games, and magic. Seriously, Mickey made the trip different and gave it a different flavor. We loved this trip, and the main reason was Mickey from the animation team.

It’s a beautiful place with very helpful staff, was worried about communication but they rilli tried to ensure they understood us. They keep time on everything, it’s clean and the atmosphere is family friendly At the reception Ahmed Adel was a breathe of fresh air, a welcoming friendly and engaging face in a place so far from home.

Beautiful place to spend vacation, everyone has been very friendly and helpful , great people at the reception and the restaurant, they even learned me even Arabic. In the short time I have made a lot of friends I have really enjoyed the time Nice room with a beautiful view I will come back here again

We had such a fantastic experience at Sarya Palms! The hotel itself and all the facilities are absolutely amazing everything is well-maintained, comfortable, and designed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. What really stood out was how friendly and helpful all the staff were; nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they always greeted us with a smile. The animation team were outstanding from morning right through to the evening. Their energy and enthusiasm never dropped, and they did a brilliant job keeping both kids and adults entertained throughout the day. A special mention has to go to Mickey Mouse and Bob, who were absolutely fantastic so friendly, fun, and full of life. They made every activity exciting and inclusive. We’d also like to give a huge thank you to Noreen at the kids club. She took such amazing care of our 5-year-old, making them feel comfortable, happy, and excited to go back every day. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our child was in such great hands. Overall, the entire team made our stay truly special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
