JAZ Neo Saraya Palms

We had such a fantastic experience at Sarya Palms! The hotel itself and all the facilities are absolutely amazing everything is well-maintained, comfortable, and designed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. What really stood out was how friendly and helpful all the staff were; nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they always greeted us with a smile. The animation team were outstanding from morning right through to the evening. Their energy and enthusiasm never dropped, and they did a brilliant job keeping both kids and adults entertained throughout the day. A special mention has to go to Mickey Mouse and Bob, who were absolutely fantastic so friendly, fun, and full of life. They made every activity exciting and inclusive. We’d also like to give a huge thank you to Noreen at the kids club. She took such amazing care of our 5-year-old, making them feel comfortable, happy, and excited to go back every day. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our child was in such great hands. Overall, the entire team made our stay truly special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Jaz Neo Saraya Palms exceeded all my expectations! The hotel's stunning architecture and beautiful palm-lumbed surroundings made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had breathtaking views of the sea. The pool area was amazing, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The animation team were absolute stars, keeping me entertained with their amazing shows and events. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway! I absolutely loved Mickey and Bob from the animation team! They're incredibly talented and dedicated individuals who go above and beyond to make sure everyone has an amazing time. Their passion and energy are infectious, and they truly make the experience unforgettable. They're the real MVPs and a credit to the team!
