Unfortunately, got sent here by easyJet when return flight delayed overnight. Reception staff, especially younger one with an attitude, were completely overwhelmed. Room was like a large one bed flat, great you might say. To the initial look it seemed okay and clean. But Everything was old and musty. Looked like a time warp. Throw on bed had multiple stains, grout and sealant in bathroom was yellow and needed redoing. Bath had chips and discolouration, wall tiles around toilet had marks I can’t begin to describe. Large kitchen full of cupboards and an old noisy fridge freezer but no microwave or even a toaster so what’s the point? Sofas in lounge seen better days a long time ago! Balcony door won’t open and despite asking someone to come and look at they never did - it would have been nice to sit out there until the coach came for flight. Especially as air con was so bad. Either too too cold or blowing warm air especially the bedroom. I got 2 hrs sleep at best. Again the air con units look as old as anything, are noisy and emit a strange smell. Buffet restaurant, same tired look but breakfast was okay. Grounds are okay and have a view of the golf course. I only saw one smallish pool that had a bar. There were about 30 or so people rerouted here due to the flight delay and the few I spoke to were not happy with the room and would never book to come here. In fact one couple said they asked to change rooms, they couldn’t bear the room given just for a few hours. At least if it was on the beach that might have been a saving grace or if the pool looked more inviting. Apparently 10 mins to beach via shuttle. Insult to injury, didn’t get into room until after 1am and coach not due till 3pm so asked about late checkout - €40!!! I paid €25 for 6pm checkout at the lovely room and resort I just left! Funnily enough I’ve actually looked at this place when looking to book a holiday but only the fact not directly on the beach put me off. So I’m glad I’ve had a taste so I’ll not be swayed in future. Pictures really can distort the truth.

Amazing experience overall. Good entertainment. Immaculate staff. Friendly environment and very family orientated resort. Will recommend anyone to have a look at the options that are available. I can honestly say I’ve never been more happy with my choice regarding this resort, so by all means if you are going have a look at this resort and I promise you will have an amazing time.
