We just had an absolutely unforgettable vacation! First and foremost, I want to send a huge thank you to Mr. Saif at the front desk. His welcoming smile instantly made us feel comfortable, and we truly appreciated the time he took to explain every detail—from the room and beach access to the restaurants and meal schedules. His guidance really set the stage for an awesome trip! ​I also want to express my deepest gratitude to Mr. Osama in the restaurant for his wonderful assistance, and to Mr. Alaa from housekeeping for his excellent care. To the entire staff: thank you for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be coming back.

An Exceptional Family Vacation – One of the Best Resorts in Makadi Bay! We had an amazing stay at Jaz Palmariva Beach, and without a doubt, it has become one of our favorite resorts in Egypt. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. I booked two rooms directly through the hotel's website, and upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome from the reception team. A very special thank you to Mr. Mostafa, who generously upgraded both of our rooms to beautiful pool-view rooms. He was extremely professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. His hospitality made a wonderful first impression. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Atef for his kindness and flexibility in arranging a late check-out, which made our departure much easier and stress-free. The greatest asset of this hotel is definitely its staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their dedication truly makes guests feel at home. Our rooms (2336 and 2352) were spotless throughout our stay. A special thanks goes to Mr. Abdel Fattah from Housekeeping for his outstanding care and attention to every detail. The rooms were cleaned perfectly every day, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive delicious desserts delivered to our room daily—a lovely gesture that made us feel truly valued. The dining experience was excellent. All the restaurants offered high-quality food and great service, but we especially loved the Snack Restaurant and the Italian restaurant Ninos. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared, while the service was exceptional. The beach is simply fantastic. It has soft sandy shores, and unlike many other resorts in Makadi Bay where the sea becomes extremely shallow during low tide, the water here remains deep enough for swimming throughout the day. It is perfect for both swimming and relaxing, and there are also several excellent snorkeling spots with beautiful marine life. The swimming pools were always clean and well-maintained, and it was clear that the hotel pays great attention to quality and cleanliness in every aspect of the resort. Our daughters absolutely loved the Kids Club. A heartfelt thank you to Dasha for her kindness, enthusiasm, and the wonderful care she gave to our girls. She truly made their holiday even more enjoyable. The evening entertainment was excellent, with professional shows every night. The animation team was energetic, friendly, and constantly engaging guests with activities throughout the day, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. Service across the entire resort was consistently fast, efficient, and delivered with genuine hospitality. Overall, Jaz Palmariva Beach is a complete family resort that offers everything you could ask for: excellent accommodation, outstanding food, a beautiful beach, clean pools, fun entertainment, and—most importantly—an exceptional team of people who genuinely care about their guests. The hotel was clean and nice i was really impressed by the hotel i stayed for 5 days and it was full of fun with evrryday activities and which made the hotel even more fun was the head chief emad salah he made us feel welcomed in the hotel and made the stay even better with his nice touch of food he really deserves a review to be written

Well it was amazing starting from the reception Mr.Atef and Mr.seif they were all ears and very helpful. All the staff were amazing and helpful with smile on their faces except couple of chefs in the main restaurant but didn't cause trouble. The beach was a peace of heaven. The renovated rooms were awesome every thing is on ur hands the beach bar and restaurant were marvellous the location..the staff ..the cleanliness. Even the guests were compatible not odd or weird. The animation team were so amazing specifically Mo and koko. The food taste were excellent Those were the main points that made us think to go again as their was always something missing for us in other hotels. What i couldn't figure out is how people reserve sun beds by the beach before 6.30 am, as the middle part were always full and some guestes reserve it by the pool and the beach and barley use it which i think they need to put a rule for that.

Very good location at Makady Bay. Hotel is very cozy and family friendly. You can find everything you need. Excellent beach, swimming pools and most importantly a very friendly staff. Mr. Saif at the reception was very helpful and friendly; his attitude was very excellent and helped us choose the room we liked. I have been spending my vacation there since 2020 and will still book my next vacation there.
