JAZ Palmariva Beach

JAZ Palmariva Beach We were upgraded to this hotel as my chosen hotel was closed for Refurbishment. From arrival we were treated like VIPs Eslam on reception welcomed us like old friends ...our rooms although not the refurbished rooms where clean bright and airy..mine was 2447 with a view of the beach and seaview .A welcome snack was awaiting as we had missed the evening meal. On our first day Eslam the life guard..and Coco and the animation team introduced themselves and instantly bonded especially Eslam and Coco with my 12 year old Grandson Jack ...Eslam helped Jacks confidence in the water teaching him to dive..Coco and the team took time to involve Jack in the activities. The Mohammed at the restaurant ensured we had our table every evening..with our drinks waiting Mohammed took the time to ask about our day ...he is a credit to the Restaurant team such a lovely and very polite man 😊 Tareq and the others made sure after we had eaten we had comfy seats so we could watch the entertainment which was excellent every evening ...the list of people to thank is endless 😊 The food was excellent ...Emad the Head Chef (the main man) ensured everything served was 100% and so polite and helpful..supervising everyone ensuring everyone was happy. One waiter we called him 'Smiling' ensured we always had drinks...Wahel the Night Manager a lovely man who came and spoke to us every evening asking how our day had been ?was everything ok? 😊 ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was too much trouble for the staff...The hotel and 99% of the staff will always have a place in my heart and I cannot wait to return. ❤️🧡 The only downside was the onsite pharmacy who were a disgrace..they do not follow Egyptian Law..the prices should be shown on all items and not allowed to increase prices too much for Tourists..and they attempt to charge upwards of 500% of the true price...also tell you one price ...show you on the calculator the price...then charge vou even more...l had to involve the Manager as they ripped my daughter off almost £100 for items less than £20 ...the manager immediately resolved it and could not apologise enough. The shop keepers are a pain and watch vou at the cash machine..Do NOT tell them vou will visit the shop otherwise they ask you everytime they see you and tell vou that vou have lied to them saying you'll visit tomorrow or later.. The only shop there where there is no hassle is the little shop next door to the handbag shop NO PRESSURE and very helpful😊 If l have missed out anyone I wanted to say a BIG THANKYOU to l'm sorry 😊 Sending Love and Hugs to all of you at Jaz Palmariva who made us feel so special.. and looked after us all for our holiday Shokran and much love Katy, Clare and Jack 🧡🧡🧡❤️❤️❤️🇪🇬❤️😘😘😘😘 See you soon Habibi's Inshalla 🙏💐

It was the best vacation we've ever had, the hotel was excellent, staff was excellent , nothing could've been better!

People is nice akarm mr Osama saif at the reception mohmed lobby bar chefs was nice and professional

Everything was wonderful, and the staff were the best! Chef Emad, waiter Osama, and everyone there was lovely and delicious. God willing, it won't be my last time.

Alaa clean all rooms very nice, every day change towels. Big thanks👍
