JAZ Palmariva Beach

We had the most amazing holiday at this hotel staying 27th June to 11th July 2026. The hotel was very clean, beautifully presented and every single staff member was polite, professional and could not do enough for us during our stay. Housekeeping was done every day, and our housekeeper Mustafa was exceptional, even down to room presentation with little towel decorations and special touches, making our stay all the more special. The animation team with Mario, Mo, Saif, Rico (Eric), Koko, Ghazey, and many others, are all wonderful people and who made our stay very fun and were so friendly and welcoming. different entertainment programmes each night and lots of outside entertainers making each night different and fun for all the guests. There are regular daily activities should you wish to take part, including pool sports, darts, volleyball, yoga, aqua gym. The restaurant staff could not do enough to make sure the food was perfect and freshly replenished regularly. I even had special dietary needs accommodated with specially made beans on a daily basis from Chef Mohammed, which was very much appreciated. The lunch beach restaurant was amazing and again, special requests were taken and made to order with pizzas, burgers, pasta and grilled meats and chicken. The various Bar Staff members were so attentive, polite and even remembered our regular orders within a few days and table service was a regular unexpected but appreciated pleasure. Our overall stay was relaxing, fun, special, and this was all down to the wonderful staff who work at this hotel.

From the very beginning, the hotel felt incredibly comfortable, peaceful, and mentally relaxing—truly a magnificent place! ​The hospitality was exceptional. A huge special shout-out to Saif at the reception, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. The entire staff deserves praise; they are so active, friendly, and always have a warm smile on their faces. I also want to give a special thanks to the gentleman managing the beach bar—he went above and beyond, putting in so much effort to make sure we had a great time. ​As for the amenities, our room was excellent, the beach was beautiful, and the pool area was perfect. The food was delicious, and I have to highlight the snacks—they were absolutely amazing and super tasty! ​I highly recommend Jaz Palmariva to anyone looking for a perfect, stress-free vacation. I will definitely be back!

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and was overall very satisfied with the experience. One of the biggest highlights was the cleanliness. The room was always perfectly clean, fresh, and well-organized. Housekeeping was done regularly and with great attention to detail, which I truly appreciated. I would especially like to mention Alaa, who was responsible for cleaning. Alaa did an excellent job and was very reliable. He was also very kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. Everything was always taken care of on time, and the quality of the service was consistently high. The staff in general were professional and dependable, and everything we agreed on was always fulfilled without any issues. This made my stay comfortable and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for clean, well-managed, and reliable accommodation.

An Exceptional Family Vacation – One of the Best Resorts in Makadi Bay! We had an amazing stay at Jaz Palmariva Beach, and without a doubt, it has become one of our favorite resorts in Egypt. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. I booked two rooms directly through the hotel's website, and upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome from the reception team. A very special thank you to Mr. Mostafa, who generously upgraded both of our rooms to beautiful pool-view rooms. He was extremely professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. His hospitality made a wonderful first impression. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Atef for his kindness and flexibility in arranging a late check-out, which made our departure much easier and stress-free. The greatest asset of this hotel is definitely its staff. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their dedication truly makes guests feel at home. Our rooms (2336 and 2352) were spotless throughout our stay. A special thanks goes to Mr. Abdel Fattah from Housekeeping for his outstanding care and attention to every detail. The rooms were cleaned perfectly every day, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive delicious desserts delivered to our room daily—a lovely gesture that made us feel truly valued. The dining experience was excellent. All the restaurants offered high-quality food and great service, but we especially loved the Snack Restaurant and the Italian restaurant Ninos. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared, while the service was exceptional. The beach is simply fantastic. It has soft sandy shores, and unlike many other resorts in Makadi Bay where the sea becomes extremely shallow during low tide, the water here remains deep enough for swimming throughout the day. It is perfect for both swimming and relaxing, and there are also several excellent snorkeling spots with beautiful marine life. The swimming pools were always clean and well-maintained, and it was clear that the hotel pays great attention to quality and cleanliness in every aspect of the resort. Our daughters absolutely loved the Kids Club. A heartfelt thank you to Dasha for her kindness, enthusiasm, and the wonderful care she gave to our girls. She truly made their holiday even more enjoyable. The evening entertainment was excellent, with professional shows every night. The animation team was energetic, friendly, and constantly engaging guests with activities throughout the day, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. Service across the entire resort was consistently fast, efficient, and delivered with genuine hospitality. Overall, Jaz Palmariva Beach is a complete family resort that offers everything you could ask for: excellent accommodation, outstanding food, a beautiful beach, clean pools, fun entertainment, and—most importantly—an exceptional team of people who genuinely care about their guests.
