The entertainment team were lovely , so friendly and very informative about activities going throughout our stay The staff were so attentive, friendly & helpful.. true credit to the hotel .. The only thing that was a big problem for us and many others that we spoke to were the Russians and so many of them ! Very rude , arrogant and no manners, and spoke to the staff like crap !

Everything was nice there. The Food was varied and very good. All of the People that work there were always in a good mood and friendly. And also the resort there was so much what you can do. I would go again anytime.
