We had a wonderful family vacation at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. We were especially impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff, the delicious food, the exceptional cleanliness, and the peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with our family. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again!

Our stay at Palm Royale Resort Soma Bay was nothing short of spectacular! From the exact moment we arrived, we were blown away by the grand, breathtaking lobby and the warm welcome from the staff.The highlight of this resort is definitely the incredible 1.2 km private sandy beach. The water is crystal-clear, shallow, and perfect for swimming or just relaxing. Unlike many other places, there are plenty of sunbeds, and the beach service is incredibly fast and attentive.Our room was spacious, perfectly clean, and featured a large balcony with a stunning view of the Red Sea. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything immaculate every single day.Food-wise, the buffet at Café Stella offered a huge variety of delicious, fresh options. We also thoroughly enjoyed the à la carte restaurants, especially the Italian and Lebanese ones, which added a great variety to our evenings.A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for their professionalism, smiles, and making our vacation unforgettable. We will definitely be back!"

Because of our flight schedule (the transfer from the airport to the hotel takes around 1 hour and 45 minutes), we arrived at the resort after 11:30 p.m. Despite the late arrival, we were offered a late dinner, which was a very thoughtful gesture and a great start to our holiday. Check-in was quick and efficient. As we were travelling as two families, we were pleasantly surprised to receive adjoining rooms, which made our stay even more convenient. We stayed in ground-floor rooms, just a short walk from both the restaurant and the beach. The rooms were spacious, and the private terraces were surrounded by beautiful flowers, providing both privacy and a lovely atmosphere. One of the highlights of the resort is its cleanliness. Our room was cleaned every day, towels were replaced daily, and the minibar was restocked with fresh water and a selection of soft drinks. A small tip for future guests: if you use a lot of shower gel or shampoo, you may want to bring your own, as the complimentary bottles are quite small, although they are refilled every day. The entire resort, including the restaurants and common areas, was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The lobby deserves a special mention. It is one of the most beautiful hotel lobbies we have ever seen, with stunning oriental-inspired architecture that creates a truly impressive first impression. The main restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food, with something for everyone. We especially appreciated the different dining areas, including an Adults Only section, a Family area, and an outdoor terrace, allowing guests to choose the atmosphere they preferred. The beach was simply beautiful. It was impeccably maintained, with plenty of space between the sunbeds, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The beach bar offered drinks directly to your sunbed, and the service was always quick. The sea has a very gentle, sandy entrance, making it ideal for families with children. The palm trees, wooden sunbeds, and elegant parasols gave the beach a luxurious feel. The only downside was that sunbeds were reserved very early in the morning. If you want a good spot, you should be there around 5:30–6:00 a.m., otherwise most of the sunbeds are already taken. The pool area was also very well maintained, although we found the beach so beautiful that we spent most of our time there instead. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, professional, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The entertainment programme included shows for both children and adults. While enjoyable, we felt they could be made a little more interactive to engage guests even more. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort combines excellent service, outstanding cleanliness, beautiful surroundings, and a fantastic beach. We would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation, and we would definitely consider returning in the future.

Recovering from an exhausting period in my career required nothing short of a sanctuary, and I found exactly that at Palm Royal in Soma Bay. This haven of tranquility provided the perfect backdrop for renewal, allowing me to fully recharge after a challenging chapter. The exceptional service was evident right from the start, with a seamless check-in process led by the friendly reception team. I want to extend a special commendation to the reception team, the culinary team, the beach attendants, the food and beverage staff, and the housekeeping team. Their unwavering attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my stay truly memorable. This week of absolute peace has provided the energy and inspiration I need to move forward with renewed focus.

Very beautiful place with the perfect beach. Our family room was very large, nicely furnished and spotless. All the bars are beautiful, especially the pool bar. The guy working there is the best employee in the hotel, always smiling and polite. The food is very nice, with a choice for everyones taste and all a la carte restaurants are fantastic. Strong recommendation for everyone that want to enjoy a perfect holiday.
