First time visiting, and I truly look forward to my next visit already! The staff couldn't be more professional or kinder, the place has everything you may need, and goes even beyond that. Whether it's the activities, events, cuisines served, you will find something for you. I would highly recommend visiting whether you're with family, friends, or even travelling solo.

The hotel is located approximately 40 minutes from the airport. From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks and enjoyed a smooth and efficient check-in process. Once we received our wristbands, we were immediately able to make use of the all-inclusive facilities. After taking a short tour of the hotel, exploring the beautiful gardens and beach, and enjoying lunch, our room was ready. At my request, I was allocated a room in a quieter part of the resort, away from the animation programme and main pool area, with a lovely sea view. It was the perfect location for guests seeking peace and tranquillity. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a renovated bathroom equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer. The room also featured individually controlled air conditioning. The minibar contained two fruit juices, one Coca-Cola, one Sprite, and two bottles of water. Everything was replenished daily and included within the all-inclusive package. Not far from my accommodation was the aptly named Peace Bay – a quiet beach area where there is no music, making it ideal for relaxation. The second beach area serves as the main family beach, with a gentle slope into the sea that is perfect for children. Both beaches are spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Close to Peace Bay there is a beach bar, two toilet facilities, and a towel station where guests can collect and exchange towels using the cards provided on arrival (be sure to keep the cards safe). The beach bar serves a variety of drinks, coffee, cocktails, and ice cream at designated times throughout the day. Full details of the all-inclusive programme are available via the QR code provided at reception. Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort, including the rooms and beach areas, and the connection was consistently excellent. All drinking water provided within the hotel is bottled. A wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, coffee, and cappuccino is available from several bars around the resort, each operating during scheduled opening hours. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the main restaurant. I genuinely cannot imagine anyone leaving hungry. The variety and quality of food were outstanding, with an extensive selection of main courses, desserts, and fresh fruit. There is also a dedicated Adults Only dining section within the restaurant. Perhaps this area could be expanded during the busiest part of the season, but that is only a personal observation. There is a separate station for pizza and pasta lovers, and all dishes were continuously replenished throughout service. At no point did we encounter a situation where an item available at the beginning of a meal was no longer available later. During meals, guests can enjoy both included beverages and premium drinks available at an additional charge. The spa facilities include an adults-only relaxation pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, while treatments such as massages and the salt room are available for an extra fee. I stayed in room 3226, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the housekeeping staff member responsible for its upkeep. Everything was always spotless. He was friendly, discreet, professional, and always available when needed. The colleague responsible for replenishing the minibar also deserves recognition for his excellent service. The person who made the strongest impression at Peace Bay was Mr Mohamed, who worked at the towel station and as a lifeguard. He speaks excellent English, is always smiling, regularly interacts with guests, and ensures that everything on the beach runs smoothly. He consistently checked whether guests were comfortable and whether they needed anything. In my opinion, management should consider keeping staff members such as Mohamed in their established positions, as guests often develop trust and rapport with the beach team. My group was genuinely disappointed when Mohamed was transferred to another section of the beach. Peace Bay simply did not feel the same afterwards. Mohamed, thank you for your kindness and professionalism. We wish you every success and happiness in the future. The beach staff work incredibly hard and deserve great praise for their dedication and service. Management might also consider adding another team member to assist at the beach bar during busy periods. Those employees truly deserve recognition. The beach toilets were maintained to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. Anyone familiar with public facilities will understand that this is not solely dependent on the staff but also on the behaviour of guests, making their achievement even more commendable. The central bar near reception provided fast, efficient, and high-quality service. It was a wonderful place to relax in the evening while enjoying the gentle background music. The Guest Relations team also deserves special mention. The two ladies working there were warm, professional, approachable, and always willing to assist with any information or requests. Dear Valina and colleague, thank you very much for your kindness and support throughout our stay. The hotel also offers four à la carte restaurants, which can be visited with advance reservation. Full details are available from Guest Relations or Reception. Finally, I would like to thank every member of staff at the hotel. My holiday was exactly as I had hoped and imagined it would be.

I would like to praise the excellent tennis and padel coach Ayman Sayed from the Palm Royal Hotel, who was there at every moment of our game and improved our form with useful advice and showing moves

The only reason I wont give full 5 stars, is the room AC that was too cold and cannot be adjusted. The cafeteria AC was also not the best. Everything else was excellent: animation team. Food was great, room was spacious and staff were awesome. Special thanks to: - Hanan the waffle/crepe lady. She filled our morning with smiles. - Hassan: lifeguard at the pool, very friendly and kind - Antar: beach security went the extra mile to help us retrieve our stuff - Abd el wahab: cafeteria. Very friendly and caring - Hakim at the front desk: very professional and helpful.
