I want to share my terrible experience with this hotel and the Agoda booking website. They're a scam, completely stealing from customers. I stayed at this hotel twice in the last two months, and they treated me like a VIP customer. I booked a room through Agoda and got a huge discount because I had booked a month in advance. When I called the hotel to arrange my trip for the following week, they told me my reservation was canceled and I should check with Agoda. When I contacted Agoda, they assured me my reservation was confirmed and there was no problem. Later, Agoda told me the hotel was fully booked and couldn't accommodate me. When I searched on Agoda, I found the same room being sold for double the price. I contacted Agoda again, and they told me the hotel refused to accept me because it was full and there were no rooms available. When I contacted the hotel, they told me to book through Booking.com because their prices were higher. Agoda kept trying to get me to cancel my reservation without giving me any compensation. For your information, this is my first time using Agoda, and it's the worst booking site. I've used countless other booking sites, and they're all reputable, professional, and prioritize the customer's interest above all else.

Hotel was very clean staff were amazing very friendly and helpful Food was very repetitive and at times not great quality Main restaurant at times was far to busy and had to many unsupervised children running around touching food and filling there plates No courtesy room available or late checkout option available so spent 6hours in reception waiting on transfer pick up Reception lobby always very busy with people waiting on transfer pick up Staff have been helping people put there reviews on both website and trip advisor just to be aware Overall a nice hotel and we had a good holiday but food was a big disappointment

Bad experience, workers not friendly, low quality drinks and food

I had a wonderful stay at Pharaoh Azur Resort. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beach was beautiful. The food was good with a nice variety, and the pools were clean and enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a pleasant vacation in Hurghada. Thank you for making my stay memorable!
