Very good show. Played the venue very well.

Our second trip to this lovely hotel, lovely pool and beach. Food is lovely and cooked well. Bar staff are lovely and so friendly. The animation team especially are trying so very hard to get people do join in but not many want to! But we love karaoke and they made a point of putting it on three times for us! Great team. Thank you 🙏

Been to this hotel many times and we noticed many important every year. Every one is so friendly and helpfull, Akmed at the pool goes out of his way to help everyone a credit to the hotel. Iman in the Italian restaurant makes sure everyone is looked after and the whole restaurant runs smoothly. Mustaffa makes the best pizzas on the beach. Bazil and his team do a great job entertaining everyone day and night. I just can’t thank everyone enough for the great service, Hope to see everyone soon.

The grounds of the hotel are absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean . Lovely private beach too where we saw some amazing fish! The rooms are a little dated and the showers not great . But it’s a fantastic hotel! We loved the food . Always lots of lovely vegetables and different dishes to try . Glad that it’s not “chips with everything “ ! The bar staff were very friendly and attentive to customers. It’s shocking to find out how little they are paid !!! Something we also commented on was also how good the lifeguards were - they were ALWAYS watching the pool. Whereas many hotels we’ve visited the lifeguards just sit looking at their phones! WIFI was great and even worked on the beach ! Anyone visiting please tip those you see working hard because they earn so little and work such long hours.

I’m a little torn on reviewing this hotel.. Staff - Mostly all amazing, especially the guy at the pool bar (pink jumper) amazing and kind and super friendly to my whole family. Rooms - spacious and basic, with amazing super comfortable beds, and plenty of storage (bungalow). Food - Could be better… more kid friendly foods needed such as chips, nuggets, wraps, sandwiches. The food was up and down. We ate out a lot. The pizzas were nice on the beach but very unhygienic.. birds pooping all over and sides/lights covered in the poop. Would not be great if having any allergies either as that seems to go out the window completely, across the whole restaurant Pools - could be cleaner and definately needs some fixing throughout. Nice and warm (heated) in the main pool, but freezing and unheated in the kids pool.. the slides need knocking down and not really safe. Cleaning is basic but if you keep your areas clean it’s fine. Drinks - plenty of choice and was nice and refreshing. Ice cream - lovely but should run all day long instead of just from 3.30 onwards when the sun is going down. Animation team - amazing for kids, not much for adults, and could do with playing the football etc. the animation team are so lovely and friendly and polite. There is activities through the day around the pool. Taxi service - avoid at all costs. Drive like a lunatic. 120 Miles a hour with kids in! Photo service again avoid at all costs. Booked in and they didn’t tuen up! We had gotten all ready! WiFi - good but have to keep re connecting. Key cards - rubbish and have to keep getting reset even though not near phones Shop people are very very pushy. And the salon is too. Had a massage and hurt my back For days Nice chilled 10 days in the resort. Would return for a cheap holiday. Got potential to be amazing if the things stayed above were sorted. Lovely Xmas day effort for the kids and the gala was a nice effort. Thank you for the stay
