Good and nice Hotel, but the food is almost every where the same. And for kids under 4 its to big and not goot time for eating.

It's the best hotel we ever went to. Our child had a really good time and the mini disco was just perfect!

The check in process was terrible. The receptionist Ali was not cooperative or welcoming person didn’t listen to our desires nd gave us totally the opposite of what we asked for. However, Ms rana helped us changing the room and do what we really need with smiley nd welcoming vibes also Mr Amr & Mr Ahmed were trying to help. The hotel was good a little bit old, but has its own vibes the reception was not that wide for all and little dark but the room is okay. The food was okay not wow, but the employees were great team very helpful and workings like pees and there was animation team in every corner of the hotel. You will never get fed up from the aqua to the beach and the games you are gonna need too much time to catch all up. Special thanks to Mr Amr & Ahmed they gave us a free invitation for Alf Leila we Leila show and it was amazing.
