Pickalbatros Alf Leila Wa Leila by Neverland

I was originally planning to write this review on my very first day, but I deliberately waited until my third day because I wanted to experience the resort properly before giving an honest and well-considered review. Pickalbatros Alf Leila Wa Leila – Neverland Hurghada is not simply a resort. It is an entire world of its own. From the moment you enter, you feel as if you have stepped into a world of imagination, magic and entertainment. It is more like a complete city than a traditional resort, with an incredible variety of activities, facilities, entertainment, shows, an aqua park, amusement rides, cycling, restaurants and so much more. It is the kind of place where children will absolutely fall in love with everything around them. In fact, leaving the resort may be the hardest part of the entire holiday! And honestly, adults are no different. You find yourself becoming a child again, enjoying the aqua park during the day, the amusement park and entertainment in the evening, and constantly discovering something new to do. You really need several days — and probably several more — to fully enjoy everything Neverland has to offer. There is simply so much happening that you can spend your entire day moving from one enjoyable experience to another without getting bored for a single moment. Food & Variety Another thing that genuinely impressed me was the food. This is one of the relatively few all-inclusive resorts where I felt that real attention was given not only to the variety of food and drinks, but also to the quality. There is a great selection, plenty of variety, and a clear effort to make the dining experience enjoyable. But as wonderful as the resort itself is, there is one thing that deserves a very special mention. A Very Special Thank You to Mr. Ayman Hassan I cannot write this review without repeatedly mentioning Mr. Ayman Hassan, Front Office Manager, because his attitude, kindness, professionalism and genuine respect completely changed my experience. Unfortunately, upon arrival I discovered that I had been scammed by the travel company through which I had originally booked my stay. It was an extremely stressful and frustrating situation, and I was honestly not sure what I was going to do. From that very moment, Mr. Ayman Hassan stood beside me. He did not treat my problem as someone else's problem. He did not simply tell me that it was not the resort's responsibility. Instead, he showed an extraordinary level of respect, kindness, patience and genuine hospitality. Mr. Ayman personally tried to help me find a solution. He stayed with me, reassured me, tried to reduce my stress, and even insisted that my family and I receive the resort's hospitality regardless of whether we were going to continue our stay or not. What impressed me even more was that Mr. Ayman personally contacted the travel company himself and tried to help me resolve the situation and recover my rights. He spent approximately five continuous hours trying to help me solve a problem that had absolutely nothing to do with him or with the resort. Five hours. And throughout all of that time, he never made me feel that I was bothering him or that my problem was someone else's responsibility. His respect, manners, patience and genuine concern were exceptional. Eventually, because of the way I was treated and because of the confidence I gained in the resort, I decided to make a new reservation through Booking.com and continue my stay at Neverland. And as soon as I completed the new booking, Mr. Ayman immediately arranged for me to get to my room so I could finally rest after those exhausting five hours. But what truly says everything about his character is that his care did not stop there. For the following three full days, Mr. Ayman continued to do everything he could to make up for what had happened to me, despite the fact that he was not responsible for the problem in any way. This is what genuine hospitality looks like. It is not simply about a beautiful resort, luxurious facilities or entertainment. It is about people. And Mr. Ayman Hassan is exactly the kind of person who makes guests remember a resort long after they leave. His respect, elegance, professionalism, kindness and sincere hospitality are truly remarkable. I have stayed in many hotels and resorts, but it is not often that you meet someone who goes this far out of his way to help a guest with a problem that is completely unrelated to his own responsibilities. Mr. Ayman Hassan represents the very best of hospitality. He is a gentleman, a true professional, and a wonderful representative of Pickalbatros Alf Leila Wa Leila – Neverland. I genuinely believe that having someone like Mr. Ayman Hassan in such an important position is a great asset to the resort. So, if the management of Pickalbatros is reading this review, I sincerely hope they understand just how valuable this man is. Mr. Ayman, thank you. Thank you for your respect. Thank you for your patience. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for standing beside me when you had absolutely no obligation to do so. And most importantly, thank you for making me and my family feel like guests who truly mattered. Words cannot adequately express my gratitude. As for Neverland itself: it is an incredible place, full of entertainment, activities, beautiful experiences and wonderful memories. But for me, the most memorable part of this stay was not only the resort. It was the humanity, respect and genuine hospitality I received from Mr. Ayman Hassan. Neverland is a place you will not want to leave… and Mr. Ayman Hassan is one of the reasons you will want to come back. Thank you to Mr. Ayman Hassan and to the entire Neverland team for an unforgettable experience. Absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amamzing . So much to do . Riddle cars , or room. Fair ground . Spoilt for choice for pools in the day time . Food everyhwere. Around 11 or more restaurants for the evening . A little bus around the resort and also a hop on and nop off train . Roller skating too , just brilliant for familys

Great resort and hotel and the staff are amazing - even the cleaner has been amazing - shows have been fantastic

We liked the hotel very much, it was a lot of fun. The staff is very kind and helpful, the food is very tasty, there is a lot of food and something different every day. There are also a lot of slides, there are a lot of VR games. There was a very good atmosphere. The hotel is always clean, the room is cleaned every day. I liked the hotel very much!
