It’s very good hotel for us and we entertain each moment in this days

The hotel is lovely. All staff are very welcoming and nothing is ever a chore for them. Mohammed in the Columbus bar went out of his way every night to make us feel welcome, he is a credit to the hotel. Great for families.

From the minute we arrived we were looked after cases loaded up and delivered to our rooms which were spotless and kept this way all thanks to my housekeeper Muhammad what a lovely friendly efficient pleasant gentleman nothing was to much trouble everyday on my return a beautiful sculpture made of towels or bedding waited on me Muhammad is brilliant at what he does next I want to say about the restaurants which were run like a well oiled machine food was exceptional spotlessly clean staff were so helpful and friendly although a smile from the staff at the fruit counter would be nice now and then 😀 my boy Baha looked after me everytime I entered as im partially disabled he immediately found me a table got my juice or water carried my plate to my table I felt like he was my personal waiter but spread himself so everyone got his help great asset to hotel Entertainment at night is what you would expect the kids loved it my grandson enjoyed every evening so we were all happy. The guest services lady Anna was so helpful and pleasant i found her really interesting to speak with always willing to help .I've left the best till last The lobby bar a beautiful lounge to relax after a hard day lying at the pool number 1 top waiter Mohamed Fadl what a guy he knew what I wanted to drink before I did when he seen me coming my drink was waiting on me before I even sat down absolutely brilliant waiter but more importantly he has become a friend 🧡 everyone loves him his friendly attitude his attention to detail he manages to serve everyone at once a brilliant person inside and out i wish him much happiness and love can't wait to return to see him 😀 next up the only downside was The Spa I had 3 treatments a lovely facial the next day I had eyebrows microbladed and my lips tinted unfortunately my lips went wrong but a refund was quickly received all thanks to the hotel manager who is lovely and takes time to speak to guests the problem I had was with sheema the lady who was so very friendly until after I complained she came to me with a really bad attitude telling me of for involving the hotel left me in an abrupt way muttered something at me and proceeded to blatantly snub me and ignore me for the next 8 days to the point where 3 of my party did not attend The Spa for the second part of our facial which was to happen the day before we left so that was money lost for us NO MORE SPA. Thanks to our pool towel man who helped every morning with beds and towels also the lifeguards who where so friendly and happy to see us each day all in all a lovely friendly hotel definitely be back and will recommend to friends

Hotel - this hotel is by far the best hotel I have been to. Tye whole place is spotless, they are constantly cleaning floors, chairs and tables. Our room was cleaned everyday and the cleaner was so friendly and made some great designs with the duvets. The swimming pools are well maintained, with filters being cleaned a couple of times a day and they floors of the pool cleaned every morning. I have not met 1 member of staff here who are not friendly. Everyone always smiles and says hello/good morning etc. The food is one of the best all inclusive i have been too with a huge variety of food from Chinese to European, bbq, seafood, Italian. The drinks are brilliant, some made with fresh fruits and the alcohol is always supplied as small/large as you want it. Mohammad Fadl in the lobby bar is definitely the best at his job, always smiling, very friendly and never let's you glass get empty. All in, we had the best 2 weeks here and we are already pricing to come back.
