Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort

Big hotwl, never felt cramped, plenty of sunbeds. Designated spaces suitable for everyone. The staff were wonderful. AHMED HUSSEIN from food court bar looked after us imoeccably. Didnt move from beds. Drinks plentiful. He was always happy, singing and pleasurable. Servers like this are the reason we will return. Entertinament team very friendly espcially waefi. Always time to chat, give info and encourace to join in. Food repetitive but good. Drinks good. Rooms spacious, housekeeoing excellent. Only thinv leaves hotel.down is emtertinament. Would exoext more uoscale professional performanxes. Very amateur. All in all good holiday with kids. Woukd return

Overall Staff are excellent ! The cleaners were first class (Nokia) Anna is always available at reception to help with anything that you are not sure about. Life guards are on duty at every single pool and there are a lot of pools. Animation team are great fun and very friendly. Bar men were very friendly. Food was excellent and the choices were endless. Ice cream shop and the on site bakery were a big hit. Weather was fanatastic and the SPA treatments were superb. Great stay and our first trip to Egypt. We will be back!!!!

We had unusually hot and wind free weather, fantastic staff, very clean. The slides are not very thrilling but pools are warm. Good food, good coffee. You can use all 3 hotels. No problem with sunbeds.

Water park is great fun lots to do with fantastic restaurants

Very nice place, there are actually 3 resorts in one which was a nice surprise! Very clean, very nice staff and good food! Highly recommended!
