Pickalbatros Citadel Resort Sahl Hasheesh

Great snorkeling for my 10 year old son in the shallow lagoon. Also good snorkeling outside lagoon (deep water) on nonwindy days. Life vest can be borrowed for free. Food is good, sometimes there is fresh mango buffe, very tasty. I liked the moroccan dishes, indian dishes and the roasted/grilled/cooked chicken dishes. There is no grilled fish except on seafood evening. They have coca cola normal/zero on all inclusive. I was happy it wasn't pepsi. It's nice to chill after dinner in the bakery or the cafe (also all inclusive) There is a starbucks (pay separately) if you want real coffee. The entertainment is ok, they try to entertain both kids, young adults and adults. Not easy. Staff is well trained. tips: Try getting room in building 3 in front of the palm pool. Its close to everything. At least get a room near the restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at Pickalbatros Citadel Resort Sahl Hasheesh with my family. Everything was excellent—from the beautiful location and stunning sea views to the comfortable rooms, delicious food, and outstanding service. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Reception Manager Mr. Moustafa Refae deserves special recognition for his professionalism, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. He made us feel truly welcome. His dedication to guest satisfaction reflects the high standards of the resort. Thank you to the entire Pickalbatros Citadel team for making our family vacation so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hurghada.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The resort is huge, with several pools, easy beach access, and golf carts that make getting around very convenient. The food offered great variety, and the snacks were excellent. The Buddha Night Club served a very good lunch, while the Asian restaurant was convenient but not really to my taste. The animation team was amazing and kept the atmosphere fun, and the evening shows were very entertaining. Above all, the staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, it was a truly unforgettable experience, and I would definitely come back.
