Pickalbatros Citadel Resort Sahl Hasheesh

Everything was alright. This hotel is huuuge! The Red Sea is awesome next to this hotel. There's so many things to do, and also the animators were so fine! Ben Ahmed Krayem was my favourite person there, so much fun! The building and its architecture is unbelievable. Couldn't recommend it enough! Food was good, and there's also a Starbucks coffee in the hotel which is amazing. I had a lot of cookies and it was awesome. Thank you everything!

It was a verg good experience, the staff was really polite. Especially nour was really polite and she helped us with many things and always came for a talk

Stayed at the Pickalbatros Citadel in late April this year, first time we stayed at this hotel and it did not disappoint, the weather was fantastic, never too hot with a nice breeze, 25 min drive from Hurghada airport. Once we arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were so helpful especially Mohammed Magreby, we were given a huge room building 7, could do with a revamp, but was very clean, everything worked as it should in a 5 star hotel. They have 4 restaurants to choose from, variety is very decent, especially the fish dishes, you have to reserve the Rocks Lounge, easy enough to do, just check with reception staff. The staff are very friendly and helpful, met some great guys, can't name them all, these are some of them, Bashir room service, did a great job, Mohammed from the Bakery is a lovely guy, really did look after us, Ismail Snozy, Ramadan (waiter), Mehmet the chef, Mahmoud (reception), overall a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning in the future, highly recommended.
