Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park by Neverland

Location Completely independent complex so you don't even have to take yourself outside if you don't want to ( although you will be offered excursions on multiple occasions!) there are multiple restaurants allover, shops, fairground, multiple stages with different shows on, this is before the 3 separate slide locations! There really is no need to leave! Atmosphere Great! Everyone we came across was happy, pleasant and welcoming. Special mention to Jese in reception who was so bubbly and kind when I had questions . They really have done everything to help assist and make the whole place positive and fun. There are characters everywhere!! Rooms We were upgraded on check in to a large suite so us (a family of 6) could all be together which was amazing as we have resided ourselves that we would be in two rooms. The rooms were adequate but lacked attention to detail, nothing that would effect your holiday at all though. Our room backed onto a pool so we just had to open the patio doors in our bedroom and we were right there which I think is a huge perk for the complex. Always hot water and cleaner everyday! Thank you Talhan! I did treat myself to the spa and it wasn't cheap but it was a great experience! Thank you again to Sarah and Rihanna for there kindness and hospitality! The spa was clean and fresh and had a great service. I had a Hamam with massage and then 2 subsequent massages so I felt so stressed free when I left. Top tips All the workers selling you stuff are on commission so stick with the one that treats you the best! Bring beach shoes if you can. The floor gets very very hot and it's easier to transit to slides and pool without taking flip flops etc around with you. Take time to know where all the stages are, it took us a while to find them! Also this complex is 2 hotels merged so there is more than you think the main restaurants are all together but there are also more on the other side towards the back near the other hotel (east and west/le marche) (for those staying in the jungle aqua park) Every room gets a free ticket to the Neverland show! It's not hugely advertised and we took a few days to realise this but just ask about at reception and book yourselves in. We never made it unfortunately but got tickets real easy however due to injury we had to miss our night! It looked amazing though when we peeled in while walking around that area! There is a free funfair and VR cafe with loads of vr games in all FREE! Perfect for after dinner entertainment if your ones don't like sitting still watching shows. We spent the majority of our time here tbh! Around there there are also sweets treats and a bar. Don't expect the stay in one place all day. the place is vast and if you have kids of different ages expect to move around the park throughout the day! Happy holiday!!
